SLOOOOOWWWWW. Car in front was placing orders for lots of people. The ordering went on and on, then the pick-up ground to a halt as well; they should have been required to go inside. It took me over 20 minutes to get my food, which has never been the case before. Of course, I was in a hurry this time. 🙄
I ordered a grill chicken club with no tomatoes. I was given a grilled chicken sandwich (bacon and cheese missing). I asked for it to be fixed. They took the sandwich in the box and just added lukewarm bacon and cold cheese on the sandwich and gave me the same sandwich back. The young man and woman at the register were friendly but remake my sandwich. I went back in and ask for a new sandwich to be made correctly and fresh and they brought it back in the same box and it feels and looks like the same sandwich at lukewarm temperature. I normally never complain or leave reviews, but this is not acceptable.

Placed my order at 9:59 and didn’t receive it till 10:12. I did it through the mobile app and checked in at like 10:05. Mind you it’s not even remotely busy at all but the wait was so long for a 12 count nugget. There was so many employees, and the managers were on shift just leaning on the front counter not even paying attention and just talking.
As usual Chick-Fil-A food is always good. The service was a little slower than what I'm used to. But they were friendly.

this is hands down my favorite chickfila in asheville! the staff is always so incredibly sweet and helpful! today i did a carry out mobile order, and the manager even offered to help me carry my food out to my car because my arm is in a sling. i’ve never had anything less than incredible service here! tunnel road is by far my favorite!

During my first visit to Chick-fil-A in Asheville, I was impressed by the staff's professionalism and friendly attitude when they made a mistake with my sandwich's cheese. They offered to let me take the incorrect sandwich home to cook a new one with the correct cheese, which I appreciated greatly. The manager on duty handled the situation swiftly and with a warm smile, demonstrating excellent customer service. Having been in the area since just before the hurricane, this positive experience has assured me I'll be returning, and I look forward to enjoying more visits to this location.

I'm used to Chick-fil-A in Florida. There they run smoothly like a well oiled machine. I think we got spoiled by that. In Ashville, the staff was still polite but it didn't run as smoothly. What I saw was a couple customers have issues with their orders, and we had what seemed like a 4-5 min wait for our order that we placed to-go. My uncle referred to it as controlled chaos. It wasn't bad, but not what everyone thinks of as Chick-fil-A standards.

Fresh!! Tender tasty biscuits with egg, cheese, breakfast meats - yum! Fresh fruit. Delicious!
