SLOOOOOWWWWW. Car in front was placing orders for lots of people. The ordering went on and on, then the pick-up ground to a halt as well; they should have been required to go inside. It took me over 20 minutes to get my food, which has never been the case before. Of course, I was in a hurry this time. 🙄
this is hands down my favorite chickfila in asheville! the staff is always so incredibly sweet and helpful! today i did a carry out mobile order, and the manager even offered to help me carry my food out to my car because my arm is in a sling. i’ve never had anything less than incredible service here! tunnel road is by far my favorite!
During my first visit to Chick-fil-A in Asheville, I was impressed by the staff's professionalism and friendly attitude when they made a mistake with my sandwich's cheese. They offered to let me take the incorrect sandwich home to cook a new one with the correct cheese, which I appreciated greatly.
