This is the third time in the last couple of weeks they have messed up my order and each time when I brought it to their attention they were rude and unapologetic. Wow even Chick fil A’s customer service is bad now. We are doomed lol. Oh well it will keep me from spending money there.

Normally great, but they missed a complete 12 count nuggets ons mobile order and it was about the longest I’ve ever waited, longer than rush hour. We ordered at 8:30 at night. Worst part is you can longer get refund on the app, you have to call the indicator store, total PIA. Check your food folks like your at McDonalds.
