This was the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The staff was so kind and thoughtful and it really gave me hope for this world. This place genuinely mad me and my mom’s day. Also the food was amazing. Staff was so polite too.

I was driving by this morning and the landscape guys were using leaf blowers to blow trash (napkins, plastic, etc.) from Chick-Fil-A's grass into Brevard Rd. Could they not pick up the trash instead? 😔

When will I learn my lesson?! This is THE SLOWEST Chickfila on the planet. Might as well go to Bo-slow-angles. Its insane! And they always short you on your fries. They are barely have filled. But today i ordered a large hasbrown to share with my daughter. Not only were they not hot, my large hashbrown had 8 in it. 8. That cant be a large. Drive to Smokey Park or I dont know SC and it would be faster. Chickfila Lean team NEEDS to come here!!!

Food was okay, not hot, only kinda warm. Ordering was through the machine not a physical person. A few mistakes on that. They forgot to give us 2 mac and cheeses that we had to ask for. Then we had to go back since they gave us no sauces. The kid working the drive through was slow and you had to ask him several times for each item and had to ask for everything individually since he would forget everything you asked. Quite disappointing for Chick-Fil-A.

I have never had my order wrong not once but twice at any other store before. The staff not friendly. Then at the end I ordered an ice cream cone and waited 20 minutes for it. Just surprised and disappointed!

People here work so hard, but always have smiles. However it was rather hot at 88 degrees and make sure to stay out of the direct light. Maybe, they need more coverage from the sun. Emily was training someone, but they both were in the beaming heat. I usually gift tips, but I didn’t have any cash on me.
