Chilis is already one of my favorite restaurants, but recently this specific one went above and beyond. They made a minor mistake on my order, and the way they made up for it was extraordinary and more than any other restaurant has ever done. Charity was her name, and she was LOVELY. I will definitely keep returning, because they showed their integrity and wonderful customer service. Thank you Charity!!!

Holly was our server over the weekend and she was as good as they get. Attentive, knowledgeable, and was super nice to us. She was an absolute professional. The food was good, as usual. We got some tea and I got a Shirley temple. Chips and salsa. Chicken salad and a qp burger. We both enjoyed the meal. Thank you so much, Holly. You are excellent.

Ordered delivery order and Half of my order was delivered. Only the dessert and the chips were delivered none of the entrées. So I want my food and I’m already out and about so I go and pick it up and I don’t get any kind of compensation any kind of refund for at least the delivery since it wasn’t delivered since I had to go pick it up. Get a refund at half my order something manager nobody came up to me and said how sorry they was. They just act like it was totally normal to have half an order delivered to somebody. I will not go back to Chili’s in Asheville or anywhere ever again the food is subpar and the service is worse.

Came here for my company dinner with my coworkers, the waitress was on point and a great conversationalist but the food was disappointing. The bacon rancher burger I ordered was VERY tasty, but hardly room temperature along with my sweet potato fries, good but hardly even warm.

Ordered Chili's through DoorDash. Mushroom & Swiss burger with broccoli, and Old Timers with fries. They were both good. No utinsils or napkins though. :( We were staying in a hotel.

Amanda was the best waitress I have ever had, hands down, the ambiance seemed like it could be better but Amanda was literally a walking gift. She is a goddess. She is fast, funny, smart and just a co.ws will be back Some table next to us was treating her like cava. She handled it well, I was impressed

After visiting several Chili’s locations (mostly in California), this one really stands out. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. We ordered burgers that were made with fresh ingredients, and the fries came out hot—thank you to the kitchen team for that! Our server, Maeven, was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our meal! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Our server had a nasty attitude. Extremely passive aggressive. The food was great but, the lack of customer service and kindness ruined it. She got a bit more rude after not receiving the tip she wanted.

Great service! The staff was very friendly. We had a group of 6 and didn't have to wait. Drinks didn't get empty, food arrived quickly and they took good care of our veterans. Having a black bear wander by just added to the experience.
