$20 later left feeling hungry. The bowls are already fairly small at least fill it up. Are employees pay based on how little food they give?

This is a typical chipotle restaurant however I did want to leave a review because I am someone that hates cilantro. I must have that unique Jean that just makes makes it repulsive to eat. The staff that waited on me were happy to let me have plain white rice, which is honestly hard to find at other chipotle’s. You would think it would be a normal request, but a lot of other stores won’t accommodate this. I will say the food was just OK as the rice was way overdone but it did allow me to at least have a decent meal before calling it a night. The guac was amazing and so were the chips as always the restaurant had been busy so a lot of the tables were pretty dirty, but I did find a little spot and wiped the table off myself all in all it was just an OK dinner but the service was amazing and I wanted to point out how much I appreciate that

I literally started cracking up when I saw the size of the burrito that got delivered. They also forgot my drink and didn’t put in anything other than steak and rice (I ordered sour cream, corn, cheese, salsa, etc.). Worst chipotle EVER 😂😂

Ordered online and got a fully loaded chicken salad for my wife. We got it home and they forgot ALL the toppings.

My wife returned right at 7pm, when they are closing and was turned away with a 1-800 number for a refund. Now I guess we’ll eat our meal while my wife eats chicken and lettuce?

The dining area was disgusting. Every table was sticky or had trash on it. Employees refused to take my order telling me they were only taking online orders. Food took 25 minutes to make. The food itself was stale or undercooked. Do better Chipotle.

This location used to be good. Waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they're out of half their meats. Employees yelling to lock doors before more people come in. Then had to call and wait for a refund

I am a huge Chipotle FAN but this location is AWFUL! We walked in about 6:50 and they were closing at 7pm. The employees were sitting in the lobby just chatting with each other. They got up to make our food with food all over the counter. I guess because it was the end of the night they were trying to get "rid" of the food they had left and they were way over filling our bowls (which I know most people would be happy about but not when its equivalent to a full can of beans). They put so much sour cream on there it was seeping out of the sides of the bowl all over the place. I asked the employee to wipe it off and she proceeded to try to use the towel they had been wiping the tables off with. GROSS!!! They did not scan my app for my points; nor did they give me a receipt! The place was very dirty and disgusting, and the food was awful! I would highly recommend you AVOID this location! Worst experience ever! I would like a manger to call me and not be directed to chat that is not helpful in this situation!

We ordered online. Our bowls were missing several toppings and they didn’t include the salsa we paid for. They don’t have an option to speak with someone on the phone and the chat bot only offered free salsa and 2 drinks for next time. This isn’t a good resolution to me.

If I could leave negative stars I would! My husband works in Asheville and drives an hour to get home. He picked up dinner and made it home and THIS is what they gave us. We tried calling the store to complain and it wouldn’t let us through. Wrong beans and every veggie is missing from the plate, the rice is uncooked, chips missing from the order and the burrito is the size of a baseball. We spent $49 on this order for it to be this incorrect. Contacted chipotle support and the best they could offer was a “free drink and queso”. That doesn’t make up for a completely inedible $49 meal.

Im thinking the younger aged staff is allowed to choose the background music played here. There was nothing “background “ about it. I really did not care for the acid metal rock being played at the threshold of pain volume.

The food,as expected, was good.
