I've been a long time customer here. The food is always scrumptious! On occasion the barbocoa (sp?) has too many fatty bits but overall always a positive experience. Today was the best one yet! My daughter and I were helped by a young man named Joshua Skulldagger (this cannot be your real name?!?!) anywho he was so attentive, he spoke directly to my daughter like the tiny human that she is, he was helpful, friendly and assembled everything really well. Keep this kid around and give him a raise while you're at it!! Best service I've ever had at this location!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options!

This chipotle is pretty good. The food is usually consistent, though some days it hasn’t been quite as good.The main reason I’m only giving 4 stars though is the staff. Some of them aren’t very friendly, bordering on rude. I’ve had a couple kind people help me here but they are definitely the minority (or at least they aren’t usually there when I go).Edit: The staff actually seems much nicer lately! No complaints

Been here twice. The first time, the guy behind the counter was mopping and didn't wash his hands before he started making my food. He put gloves on, but the gloves are a waste when you picked them up and put them on with dirty hands. The next time i ordered ahead, food wasnt on the shelf, so waited 10 minutes to realize, she didnt feel like walking the food over to the shelf, so whil i was sitting there for 10 minutes, the food was just sitting there getting cold. Then she had a bad attitude when i went to ask. I tipped beforehand then cant take the tip back, like she deserved.

I'm usually a big fan of Chipotle, but this visit was pretty bad. It was a slow night but the place was filthy, employees were just hanging out, food was really bad, no supervisor to be found when the credit card terminal malfunctioned. I had to show the kid running the register how to fix it.

Went here at 745 on a Sunday. Out of everything except if you order “on the mobile app”. I asked for pico and green peppers. I was informed they were out. When I saw they had it on the side bar, the manager informed me she couldn’t give me a side of peppers or pico because she had “ 2 more hours of potential mobile orders”. 1. I’ve owned a restaurant, that’s about the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. You’re telling me that a potential customer on your mobile app is being looked after more than a paying customer right in front of you??? She said she was the manager, I expect a conversation to be had for the actual manager tomorrow. Completely absurd. She said if I went through the mobile then I could have the pico and onions…. What the actual heck!?!? Please make this make sense. Terrible. Completely terrible customer service.

Staff seems unhappy and cashier is rude also they tried shorting me on food . There's 20 different restaurants on this road I could have went to any of them . People spend their hard earned money so give them good customer service and also their money's worth of food !!!!!!!!Poor customer serviceDisappointed

The restaurant was dirty. Even though it was not busy, none of the tables were clean and there was food and trash on the floor. The staff was not friendly or professional. Someone walked up to me, asked to take my order and then just walked away, not to service another customer. The man making my burrito dropped the F-bomb in the process. Then when I asked for chips, the lady told me that chips were only available for online orders which was either a lie, or the most nonsensical rule I’ve ever heard of. I will never return to this place.

I would like to be realistic and truthful to help any individual(s) that may decide to eat here.Arrived about 7 pm on a Thursday.Staff, four : two servers, a cashier and one cooker all looked exhausted and their expressions reminded me of the 16 hour days I used to work. There were about four people ahead of us. I decided to try to make the first girl laugh, and take her mind off whatever it was. She smiled and needed some time to get more food as many bins were empty. It reminded me of a not popular, empty Chinese buffet that you walk out of as soon as you realize there’s no people and no food. The tortilla machine was not working right off the bat so no wraps. The second server took our order , had no smile and energy and slapped in 1/3 the portion you’d normally receive and the food was scraping the bottom of the metal tins. The cooker was more interested in his phone than truly wanting to create more food.I was truly disgusted and wanted to walk out as the bowl looked like what you’d find in the bottom of a garbage can. My wife looked at me and said just make it through.The blond server was cutting the portions by 2/3 to be able to save whatever was left to get through the next couple of hours. There was no carne asada, no regular chicken, no pulled pork , no white rice although my wife did wait and got some from the only nice woman there.I did not eat it when we got home. I will never go to this location ever again. There should have been a manager on duty watching this disgrace, and they certainly need more help. What happened to them.? It’s right in the heart of a popular Asheville eatery area.Image shown was the portion after opening lid.

This location is terrible. I purchased a burrito for 12$ on Sunday and got the exact same burrito on Monday and paid 20$. They basically just make up prices. Constantly canceling in person ordering because of ‘staffing’. The food looks like it sits out all day. The workers are nice but there’s so much inconsistency in both the food and service.

I have been going to Chipotle for years and this was by far the worst experience I have had. The food counter was a total mess. Several protein options were not available (minor amounts in several containers that could not even be scooped out). The beans we dried up. Several employees not doing much but standing around or moving slowly. An employee was coughing non-stop behind the counter by the food and register. I ended up just throwing away the food as I was just disgusted after leaving. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

Awesome staff. We've been traveling the country for the last 2-3 years and every chipotle we've been to has been awful. It was refreshing to see happy staff, decent portions, and awesome food. Wish the prices were better but whatever. 5 stars.

During the Boo promotion during Halloween the app and online portal crashed. I called before driving over there to ensure they would honor the coupon in person. As soon as I called the automated voice said they WOULD honor the discount in store. I drove over and they refused saying the manager decided not to honor it. Absolutely terrible customer service.
