Everything was great except the food. The corn salsa seemed dried out. And it could be attributed to the fact that it was like 30 minutes to closing. So I will give it another try and go again during the day. You do have some really sweet employees by the way!

This Chipotle is horrible!! I order lunch, a bowl of just White rice, Chicken and Pinto beans! It was literally disgusting!!! The beans were so dry and old, They could have been used for plaster!! It was literally like trying to eat a bowl of DIRT! DONT GO!!!! The only reason I gave them a two star, is because the lady at the pick up window was extremely nice.

You act like the fajitas (green peppers and onions) are made of gold. One of you in particular will take care to only give customers like three pieces of onion and one slice of green pepper unless we keep you in check every time. Your miserliness and questionable attitude take the enjoyment out of eating here. I know the rules. I know what is free and what isn't. Stop hoarding and overly controlling the free items and trying to ruin lunch. Check yourself.

Got there at 10:45 says they’ve been open they got the front door locked. All the employees are standing inside just staring at us. Looks like this storage is full of lazy employees that don’t wanna have people come inside so won’t come back

This is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever visited. There were food scraps everywhere including the floor, tables, seating, kitchen floor, kitchen counters, grill, and even the drink cooler. The kitchen is overflowing with dirty dishes and the trash receptacle is overflowing with garbage. The staff was lifeless. A manager or corporate rep should pay attention to what’s happening here.
It gets worse. I used the bathroom before we left and the toilet was dirty, the trash was overflowing, and there were no paper towels.
I read the reviews ahead of time and wondered if a Chipotle could really be that bad. It really is that bad.

I eat at this location almost every weekday, and it's because I can always count on the food to be consistent and the staff to be polite and welcoming!
It's reassuring that if any small mistakes occur, they're always ready and willing to make it right. You truly couldn't ask for a nicer crew or a better location.
Changed my rating for the service because of an encounter we had today by one of your employees. Kelly was extremely rude to us. She shouldn't be on the front line talking to customers. She needs to work on the grill!
