All the employees looked dead inside. I am too, but I still do my job correctly. Two employees were just wandering around doing nothing while a line built up. The portion sizes were so small. Employee was grouchy and made such a small bowl. Rip off. Eat somewhere else until they get different staff.

this was my first meal of the day. at 6pm. had a terrible busy day and this really put the nail on the coffin for me.
restaurant was dirty. saw freezer burn on multiple containers ON THE LINE indicating that they havent changed containers for ... a LOOONGGG time. they obviously don't care at all about what theyre putting out. they're not friendly. my bowl ($15 give or take) had about 3/4 spoonful of rice and 1/2 spoonful of beans.... the cheapest options they have in store.... gave me an absurd amount of onions, little base or other toppings. the chips were stale, again showing that they let food items sit for HOURS and HOURS if not DAYS. it's a shame i wasn't paying attention. do not trust them or their product. i got a terrible stomachache right after.
my girlfriend got a huge scoop of guac and a miserable scoop of everything else. actually insane that you are okay putting out such terrible service. im a commercial cook! i see up to a thousand people a day and i put more care into it than they could ever dream of, apparently. genuinely a disgusting establishment. whoever the kitchen manager is, assuming they have one, should be fired, fined and jailed at this point. criminal.
Parking: plenty of parking because it's the worst chipotle in all of greater Asheville and the general population is starting to catch on.

We had to come to this new location since Keli moved to this location. Wow, what a difference fast assembly, friendly people with a smile (they love working there, you can tell, Chicken was super fresh like everything else.. chips yum! This is a wonderful place. You will not be disappointed ... stop in soon. Thank you, team, for a great meal and smiles.

It's hard to like paying $7 for chips and queso. It's almost $6 just for a small. $7 for a large side of guacamole... Are there gold flakes in the food? The last time I got my family burritos from here, they were so tiny. It's hard to believe a company that made almost 10 billion dollars last year (9.78 billion) and has a current stock price of $3,168.30 per share would charge so much for average food. Maybe that's why they have such high revenue.

I was one of probably 6 people in the restaurant. Trash cans were overflowing and tables were not cleaned. The food was okay, but my order was put in a to go container and I wasn't even asked if it was dine in or otherwise.
