I don’t mind paying for extras but dang! You pay about $8.00 for extra protein and they put very little not even close to half of a spoon and it’s not first time it happens in this chipotle 🥲 so sad
No cheese, no pico, no lettuce, no discount
This is a super clean Chipotle compared to the Patton Avenue location. However, the food and service is terrible. came in and my order was not on the shelf but they did not recognize and tel me they had kept my order behind the counter as I was sitting their for 15 minutes. I received my bowl which probably had one small scoop of rice, lettuce and carnitas and mind you I ordered double meat. I don't even think I got a standard serving of anything. For a bowl that cost $15 I expect way more than what I got. Also, as someone who works in customer service I would never cheap out like this on a customer. I love Chipotle but I will not be returning to this location until management has made some progress.

I love Chipotle, but I have never seen a dirtier branch. Every table was filthy, and I had to clean it after I asked them to. The trash was overflowing, the drinks area was disgusting, we are vegetarians, but the food was all mixed and cross-contaminated in the prep area.

Food was ok, but overpriced for stale fast food. Employees just didn’t want to be there, too busy playing to work. Dining room was a disaster, tables and chairs extremely dirty, trash cans overflowing. Half the drinks were empty or not working. Didn’t have change, I guess no one pays with cash.

The food was great, the line workers were great BUT LINDA - the “‘manager” apparently - was perhaps the rudest human I’ve encountered in a restaurant. She went out of her way to be snappy while I tried to explain what we’d ordered (she asked), then when I asked for chips instead of the orange (both are options with a kids meal), she sarcastically replied “we don’t have any.” I was confused as there were at least ten bags of chips sitting on the shelf behind her, so after I asked again, she said “the fryer is broken.” NO, it wasn’t, and eventually she slammed a bag down with our things and said “THERE.” I asked if she was having a bad day, to which she replied “no I’m not, I’m just trying to figure out what you’re up to” as if I’m trying to pull one over on the local chipotle by asking for the chips included with my meal. She didn’t give us our chips to get drinks either, so I asked a line worker to please get our cups just to avoid another interaction with this hateful woman at the register. There are LOTS of other places to eat in this area, so please take your business elsewhere until they’ve done some self-reflection at this location. Based on the other google reviews, it seems my experience tracks.
I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this experience was a letdown. I found a long hair in my food, which completely ruined the meal.
What made it worse is that I noticed some of the staff weren’t wearing hair nets, and one even had a huge afro with no covering at all. I get that everyone has their own style, but when you’re handling food, hygiene needs to come first.
I hope management takes this seriously —
Understaffed, Poor Management! We went in at 6pm on a weekday. We were told to order online and to exit the facility until our order was processed. Lady said, “there is only 3 of us” while there were 4 people standing there. Out of 3 of the meats at 6pm. Online order took 25 minutes while cars zipped through the drive through. Very rude customer service. Worst dining experience at a Chipotle and fast casual in general.
The three pointer burrito is the best. White rice chicken and cheese!!
Food is always excellent 👌

Very dirty floor and tables very little portions will not be coming back
Was a filthy store while all the employees were standing around. I said something about how much old food was sitting on the ground and they just shook their head. Crusty ass line where food was made. Get your shit together lmao
Food is good, if they have it. Always seem to be behind on cooking fresh meat or vegetables. Workers don't seem to want to be there.
Stopped by for a quick lunch on May 4. Trash was piled up in all the trash cans. Not one table was clean. After placing our order I asked the individual at the register to have tables bussed. She said she guessed she could do it, but never attempted to do so. This is the worst location for Chipotle that we have ever been in. There were employees behind the counter, but no one appeared to be working and the dining area was filthy. Food was bland and blah.
Based on the Google reviews I am shocked this location remains open.
Good fresh selection. Not sure what the difference is, but I've had much better food at this chipotle then at the Hendersonville Road location in South Asheville
