I had the Falafel sandwich. Out of dozens upon dozens of food trucks and street food venders across several continents, this landed in my Top 3 ever. The combination of texture might be my no.1. Soft bun into the toasted side, into crunchy falafel, crisp pickled onions, the soft and smooth interior of the falafel, silky mayo, softer - secondary crunch of the greens…The flavour was simple, and in that was its genius. The falafel was wonderfully seasoned and the pickled onion cut through and lifted the heaviness of the falafel. The pepperiness of the greens complimented both while the mayo provided a lovely, chili infused, creaminess that helped with the cohesion of all the ingredients.Do yourself a favor and make sure to eat it while it’s still piping hot.9.8/10Will eat there every single time I get the chance.

Such a fun place in the River Arts District. We went to check out the antiques warehouse and came across this food truck. We decided to have a snack and it was great! The Mushroom Swiss burger was awesome. Fries could have been better, they were kind of clumped together and maybe overcooked. Sitting outdoor with drinks from Wedge Brewing and watching trains come and go is perfect on a nice Asheville day. I am sure we will be back!

Shamed by employees because my tip was not large enough. Rude employees probably messed with my food. Never eating here again.

The crispy cheddar wings burger is the best smash burger around in my opinion. Delicious cheese with the perfect balance of beef, pickled onion and spicy mustard. Also great option to grab a beer next door while you wait for your burger. 100% recommended.

The market salad was delicious, especially the pickled onions! I added falafel to the salad, too. The falafel was really flavorful and the perfect texture. The waffle fries were also delicious. They seem to be seasoned which I enjoyed but worth noting for people who are sensitive to spices.

The Chop Shop Food Truck in the River Arts District used to have the best burgers we found in Asheville. We visited them several times a month they were almost always excellent. However, over the last 6-9 months, they have been in decline. In recent visits the burgers were over cooked and dry and often, ordered toppings were left off. Last night we tried them again after about a month's absence and the burgers were terrible. They have gone from the best burgers I've had in Asheville to the worst. Actually it was one of the worst burgers I can remember ever having. The outside was so overdone and charred that it was crunchy. Inside the meat was dry and tasteless. It was so bad I couldn't finish it. The waffle fries were still great but the burgers were awful. Needless to say, we don't intend to return.

I ordered a burger and fries, totaling over $20 with tip. I ordered American cheese and received cheddar. There was a puddle of liquid from the sauce (but much more of a liquid consistency than saucy) around the bottom of the bun making it totally soggy and it fell apart upon first bite. Also, the middle was raw on one of the patties and as you can see the outside was barely gray. Not worth the money. I won’t be returning.

My wife and I stopped in to have a beer, as we were visiting Ashville, from South Carolina. We decided to get a bite to eat. Had the Lamb Gyro and the Cheddarburger. Great food, awesome ingredients at a fair price. We will definitely be back.
