Good other than paying for the trampoline area while employees allowed kids without the wristband to use it

Games were great. Trampoline was a huge hit! Baked fries 10/10. Prizes very cool. Never went a a kid but would take my kid back šŸ‘šŸ¼

The monthly deals are great. Games are great however we ran into a game that took points but didn’t work. I reported it to one of the workers and she said she’d get the manager I waited and she never got anyone. I told one of the workers on the floor she said ā€œidk what to say I’m sorryā€ then I told a third worker at the counter and she starting smiling saying ok (I don’t get what was funny) I told her she was the third person I spoke to and she ignored me I asked for the manager myself and told her I spoke to 3 of her workers who didn’t know what to do in the situation maybe they need better communication skills or trained better. Anyways the manager was nice fixed it right away and gave my son his points back

Good place for the whole family to come play games and have fun!

Chuck E Cheese this location needs more employees. The trampoline needs it's own rotation on the floor. Our kids had a great time but felt terrible for the employees who were so busy trying to do it all. This does not create a positive experience for the families.

Fun times at Chuck E. Cheese. With our grandson.

The monthly payment is well worth it. Plus you also get 20% off food. We also have the drink cups for free refills (a great deal!) There are several games, some for littles too. My 5 year old loves it. We also had a wonderful party there. It can be pricey but if you are a member you can save money. My little girl lived it for her 4th birthday. She still loves seeing Chuk E Cheese... He will visit with other kids even he comes out for a party. We love going.

If the pizza wasn't good I'd put less stars. MANAGEMENT, YOURE UNDER STAFFED!!! It's very frustrating to be one of the people paying for the trampoline and socks while other kids just come in and jump as much as they want without any attendant. Nobody on the floor at all. The bathrooms smell like someone pooping while im playing games, for some reason the bathroom is next to multiple games. The customer service was do poor I could have my kids do a better job. The pizza wasn't bad, refreshment area was clean, salad bar clean. The tables were clean somewhat, there was a couple tables that didn't get touched in an hour I was there. If it's management's idea to be under staffed on the weekend, easy fix but they seemed like they didn't care in my honest opinion.

Always a good time! The manager here is so awesome and always goes above and beyond to make my family with an neurodivergent one feel welcome and supported! Love that they do Sensory Sunday hours for those kids and families that can’t handle the normal amount of stimulus.

Was here at the end of January to celebrate my son's birthday. They do offer birthday packages however we were just there celebrating the day of. He had a blast, and even Chucky came out to greet him.

Parking: There is a child's clothing store right beside it.

Upon entering the Chuck e cheese it smelled like sweat and BO. The noise is really loud, I don't recommend this place at all if you have a small child with auditory processing disorder or autism. It is very loud. I have an auditory processing disorder and even with noise cancelling ear phones it is still overstimulating af! I just watched a small little girl get taken outside by her mother because she was crying from the loud noises. Mind you this is my first time ever going to a Chuck e Cheese, I am 35 years old, and im not that impressed...at least not by this one. The games do give you tickets but it's all digital now, and it doesn't give you many tickets for what you pay for. It's very small and crowded at this location in Asheville. My son says the games are fun though! The servers are nice and the place looks clean. I noticed that the people who work here go around and clean the machines regularly, as well as the tables. The food is ok, kinda mid, but that's what you should expect for a kids joint.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of games and food for kids here, if you are looking for beer to be here this ain't the Chuck e Cheese to go to 🤣

We’ve come here a lot. It’s always clean, food is decent, and the place is generally well managed. This is not the low-light borderline creepy Chuck E Cheese of your childhood. This place is well-lit, clean, and fun.
