I am an Asheville local and really enjoyed this experience, when I have out of town guests who are also coffee lovers I will be signing up again! Toni made coffee brewing and tasting engaging and rewarding. We explored the complexities of chasing the perfect daily cup through simple tweaks in the brewing process.
If you are coffee enthusiast, you must take this class! Toni is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. Her brewing class provides a relaxing atmosphere and an abundance of hands-on opportunities. Multiple senses will be engaged as you taste, smell, and touch a variety of coffees while you learn about seven major variables of brewing coffee. I can’t wait to take another class. Thanks for being awesome, Toni!
