Poor service. Not quality. Don't care about customers. Your review ratings echo my experience and that they're not 'normally high standards.' Mixed previous mix into my slapped together, unmixed selection and didn't care to wait on me at register so he could hug and kiss a girl at the end of the counter that seemed disinterested in him anyway. Hire someone who cares and teach them the high standard you're boasting about! Won't be back anytime soon. We eat lots of ice cream but it won't be here again!

This is my go to dessert place when I’m walking around Biltmore park! They have lots of fun flavors of ice cream and mix ins. I usually go for anything peanut butter but I recently tried their blueberry muffin ice cream and it was amazing. They even have ice cream cakes and cookies. We have also gotten a few of their chocolates and caramel apples. They have lots of different types so there’s something for everybody!
Ice cream flavors and options are fine but the last couple times I’ve been super disappointed in the lack of customer service. You can tell the employees hate their jobs and serving the public. I can buy over priced ice cream somewhere else, lots of options super close by!

Got a caramel covered apple, and it had unfortunately gone bad. The nice young lady at the counter not only replaced the one that had gone bad but gave me a second as a condolence! Wonderful service!!

Some guy with curly hair and bangs made our cakes for us and they were BY FAR the most beautiful and delicious cakes I’ve gotten from there thus far!! Highly recommend!!!

Mad disappointing, this place is much better when you're in high school. Ice cream had very little flavor and after eating a small I feel like crap (but that's on me). Bathroom was disGUSTING but the guys working there were nice and worked fast.
