Icecream and service will always be good here. But my online order was refunded, which deleted my Buy One Get One deal completely. That's my only complaint. Really painful paying twice as much because of a refund due to a missing flavor.

The selection of ice cream is amazing and so many choices of condiments. I enjoyed the berry berry cream concoction and I loved it. We are staying at the Hilton nearby and I am already thinking of what to get tomorrow.

I went there today 1/22/24 and I got served with a big smile! I came in last minute and they still served me happily! It was just two girls (one brown girl with a nice smile and a white girl with a long ponytail, both gorgeous) I had a rough day and wanted some delicious ice cream and they showed me the best customer service I’ve ever received. Coldstone, give these two girls a raise!!! Thank you for serving me and making my night fantastic! ?? ?

Got two caramel apples today. They were very old and soggy. Also, my daughters caramel had a hair in it. I told the young man at the counter and he looked at me like I had a third eye growing out of my forehead. Do yourself a favor, go to Kilwins if you want a caramel apple. They always have fresh delicious apples.

Seasonal offerings. Less than 5 stars only because of how dirty it was. Tables filthy & badly in need of wiping down. There are only two small tables.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level. It is a bit tight, but manageable.

The little blond hair girl closed the door in my face and said we’re close ! It’s wasn’t 9pm . Closing time is 9pm not 8:45. That was super rude!!! No customer service !! Be sure, my friends and I wouldn’t be back !

I am forever excited when I find a coldstone. The guy behind the counter shoved his fingers in his mouth, chewing on them. Wiped them off on his apron and asked us what he could get for us. I look down at the girl scooping icecream and see she isn't wearing gloves, so I said never mind and left. There's no way I want this dude plunging his hands into the icecream after they were in his mouth. We left without getting anything. Pretty gnarly.

2 of the 3 in my party were able to order the other person left standing at the counter waiting and finally had to tell someone i wanted to order. not one person with a nametag. when the person making the last order was told it was wrong he got a big attitude. wearing a hoodie on his head must have clouded brain from good customer service. not likely i will purchase anything here again.
