Really fast. Service was okay only because it was my first time ever eating at a Cook Out. I wasn't sure how or what to order. Felt employee could have been a bit more helpful. Food tasted good and did I say it was fast? I'll definitely go back and try some other things, but double-burger was great.

BIG menu lots of different options. Always busy & has a line around the building. Can be a pain ordering & take some time to get around the building but is usually worth it.

Well well well. I was using my wallet as a coaster when I quickly discovered a MASSIVE hole in the bottom of the cup when I put it down. And guess what, now I got 3 bucks and a Kmart gift card covered in milkshake. THANKS A LOT.
