I was in the drive thru and my husband saw a little squirrel looking for food reaching up at the order speaker. I cried because it was chilly and he ran away. I wish I could've fed him or put him in my car so he wouldn't get hit. As far as the food everything was very fresh and made to order very hot like we like it

I usually try not to complain because I work in food service and I understand that it is not the easiest job, however, my family and I have had multiple bad experiences here. On a few different occasions, my sister had to deal with cashiers being rude and negatively commenting on her. But on our most recent visit it wasn’t an easy ordering process (very slow) we all ordered huge teas with our trays and when we pulled up to get our food they gave us larges and we had to ask if they were out of the huge cups. They never told us that they were out prior to receiving the order and instead we were told “there is no price difference”. In addition to this, one of the orders were supposed to have chicken nuggets as both side items and instead we received one order of chicken nuggets and fries for the other(it was even on the receipt like this. We, as a whole, have tried to be patient and understanding as we know that it can be stressful but this was during a slow period. It’s not like we want to be pampered we just want what we ordered correctly. Preferably with a better attitude.

Food was on par with other cookouts, maybe a little better. Drive thru line moved slow and other patrons approached our vehicle while some clearly shady shenanigans were taking place in the dumpster area. Not the establishments fault but maybe visit while the sun is still up?

This Is probably the worst fast food chain I have ever tried. The chili is crumbly and lacking in flavor. The coleslaw is cut up just like the chili so there’s no discernible texture difference. The food was inedible.

Love the shakes, but forgot 1. Had two separate orders with 3 shakes in each and food with a line of ppl very busy, yet they made up for it when we called to tell them.
I did not know this place existed until taking a trip through North Carolina. The food is delicious and priced well. If you are going to eat burgers and fries...do it here.

I came through the drive thru and the cashier was very rude. I was handed my food out the window without a bag or thank you. I had to ask for a bag, condominets and napkins. I repeatedly said thank you and never once received it back.
The burger was very greasy and sloppy. The meat was super small and wouldn't even stay on the bun that was way to big.
Visiting from another state and wanted to try something different but I won't be going back.
