This is Asheville so you can't be surprised that it's far below the normal quality of Cook Out. It doesn't matter what I ordered, it always came out soggy and undercooked.

We love CookOut, but this location had a very rude employee at the pickup window! When we looked in the bag to verify our order was complete, she got huffy and said “I am on a timer, the order is correct”! We brought it home, and guess what, only 2 or the four orders were in the bag! We had to go back again and deal with her rudeness for the 2nd time!

This is like the in and out of the East Coast. Ask for things cook out style. Burgers hotdogs with hush puppies "fried bread" but they are very tasty.Drive threw or walk up seating is limited but that's the style.Parking: This place gets busy make sure you have the spare time to wait in line it's worth it.

I always come here fairly late at night, been here past midnight a handful of times and get the same fast service and good I expect for a good price. Older man that calls me honey is a gem.
