Dang good coffee. My wife picked up a bag of Levity for me on her way through Ashville. Brewed some this morning. Everything I've ever wanted in a cup of coffee.

This is the place to be. Top tier coffee and great vibes. Don't overlook the hammocks and covered outdoor seating on the side of the building either!

For me it was hard to get a good cup of coffee and enjoy myself here at this shop. They are charging 4.5 for bottomless coffee which is expensive,
The honey cream etc are all scattered about and 7nacxessabkw without the Barrera to give you honey syrup,
The only had one type of coffee brewed, they have only one 12 0z size of coffee mug so by the time you make one cup you have to get up over and over to make more.

I love walking over and grabbing a latte. The service has always been amazing and the lattes are fantastic. They also have a huge patio which is a bonus.

LOVE this place! Their coffee is so well-made (and roasted in house!!), the employees are always so friendly, and the pastries are to die for. 10/10

Great coffee with a solid variety of beans to take home. Cooperative is easily one of the top roasters in the Asheville scene. It’s not my go-to for espresso drinks or latte art, but I always stop by for their excellent beans. I just wish they did pour overs—I’d love to explore more of their origins right in the shop!

Adorable little cafe with the windows open, tiny dancers, and tables full of friends. We both got drip with steamed cream. The coffee is excellent and the service was warm and authentic.

We also got an everything danish - that’s the real reason for this review. My coffee has to be great, I can’t hang with hotel coffee. So today we ventured out and found Cooperative. But when I find an unexpected gem like exceptional pastries with it? Day made. The ET danish is the mostly perfectly fluffy and buttery croissant. The crunchiness of puff pastry, density of a danish. It was salty, savory, and one of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth. I wish they had had two. But then, we wouldn’t have tried the cardamom morning bun. Sugary crust, cardamom syrup middle, flaky layers. This was a great find!

Best matcha in Asheville

Mo and Luis were both so warm and welcoming. Luis made a truly fabulous matcha latte (best one I've had in WNC). Plenty of space to work. Great lighting. Easy parking. Food is awesome! I got an everything bagel with vegan c.cheese and a peach-star anise pop tart 😍.

Got a bag of the Sweet Dreams Decaf beans over at the Henderson coffee shop. It is the best Swiss water processed decaf that I’ve ever had.
