I have been waiting to go here for sometime. As a professional chef I have heard of the reputation of Corner Kitchen.Reviews can be conflicting sometimes. I would like to focus on the fact that it was Sunday brunch and Josh, our waiter made us feel right at home to make us feel comfortable for our experience.I love hearing the specials of the day ( du jour options.) and the passion that translates from the kitchen.Josh was sincere, respectful and knowledgeable and at most; attentive to our request, questions, and needs as patrons of the restaurant.The food, we all got different dishes, but as I said. Food, atmosphere, and service all must go hand and hand. Thanks to the chefs and Josh for creating a phenomenal experience. Josh knew how to treat people right while being his hilarious and respectful self, and that seals the deal! Thank you

Wonderful for all occasions! Food is delicious and I have been coming here since 2004 …highly recommend it.Parking: It’s always busy in the Village but if you go early and not during peak hours you should be able to find a parking space. If not, walk around the village, there’s lots to see and do.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the side of the restaurant for wheelchairs! Enjoy

Corner kitchen needs a total facelift. Went w a friend tonight and after having a weekend of amazing food experiences around Ashville and Black Mountain , Corner Kitchen disappointed in every category sadly. We were sat upstairs in a cold and drafty room w zero ambience , every single thing we ordered was sub par. Fried green tomatoes, soggy with pimento cheese that had no flavor . Trout ravioli - average/ nothing terrible nothing special. Crab / corn chowder had no crab and 3 visible kernels of corn.Spring rolls - soggy , clearly made days ago.Bibb lettuce salad- soggy and not fresh. Service - slow and inattentive.Cmon guy up your game , you are in Ashville.
