Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Ordered the meatloaf, mac&cheese takeout special. The meatloaf was very gristley (every bite). Couldn't finish it. Mac&cheese was so-so.

Worst dining experience I have had in a long time. Food was okay but service was poor my husband and I both had coffee the lousy waitress would fill his but not mine every single time. The food took nearly 50 min to come out. Meals were supposed to come with biscuits and gravy nothing showed. They were out of bacon and multiple things on the menu. This was terrible will not be retuning. We miss the old Cracker Barrel we had been coming here for the last 10 yrs its awful to see it be what it is today.

A quaint country eatery full of charm, comfort, and the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet.
The grilled chicken tenders were juicy and well seasoned, the rice and pinto beans were cooked to perfection.
Our waitress had the kind of hospitality that keeps you coming back.
Absolutely wonderful place to stop for breakfast/ lunch!

Our food was very good. Our service was not good at all. At a table with 5 people. 1 who brought their own drink 4 of us sat without drinks twice once before we received our meal than again while eating. Our waitress kept going missing.

We were in a wait for about an hr and half and was told 15 mins more each time we asked. Everyone in my party..party of 8 ordered breakfast food and was satisfied. Except for one vegetarian who ordered greens. I ordered steak and shrimp with greens also. The greens were gross the pepper vinegar tasted like they filled it with water and the greens just tasted like grass. The steak I ordered was not steak.. seriously tasted like organ meat or something other than beef..my party tried the steak as well and everyone said that it was not beef....the shrimp were chewy..the staff was great..and the alcohol beverages didn't have alcohol..worst eating experience at this specific cracker barrel

The service was amazing. They were out of chicken which was a huge disappointment. It took us 2 hours to get our food and it was somewhat cold. I would try this place again since it could have been, we caught them at a bad time.

A friend and I came in for a bite. The food was great! Our server Mary H was especially pleasant, Mary has that rare combination of kindness, attentiveness and genuine southern hospitality that makes you feel like you're eating at a friend's house rather than a chain restaurant.
She kept our drinks filled, checked on us often without hovering, and made sure the food was exactly the way you wanted it. She even brought out some comeback sauce to try with my fries. You can simply tell she cares about her customers- it wasn't just service, it was care.
In a world where great service is hard to find, Mary stands out. Cracker Barrel is lucky to have her, and we will definitely ask for her next time we come in.
I highly recommend dining at Cracker Barrel and ask for Mary if you want your dining experience to feel warm, welcoming, and wonderful!

What a wonderful evening at Cracker Barrel, great big smiles, they had a roaring fire going in the fireplace, service was outstanding and the food was very much on point. Plenty of parking, easy access to handicap parking.

Sunday afternoon visit. Waitress was polite. Ordered appetizer and entrees. Food came out in about 10 minutes. Food was lukewarm at best. Was told the biscuits would be right out. Had to ask for them to go because we ate our meal. No drink refills. Almost $50. So this was the last time as this location.

Food was great...I picked up outside, so atmosphere? But...I ordered 2 complete Thanksgiving meals and only received 1 dessert. Sent a message to customer service and have not yet gotten a response. Not happy about the lack of concern on their part

Couldn't call in a to go order the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Had to do online which did not allow for options so food was less than desirable. Some sides were not edible today
