Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Our server was fantastic!! I wish I had written down her name. We had asked to be seated near the window at a table that had just been cleared. We were traveling with our little dog and had him in the truck with it running for air. The lady who was seating us said we would have a wait because the server had two tables before us seated back to back. We told her that was fine. We weren't in a hurry. We even gave the full explanation of why we were requesting the table. Between the podium and the table she tells us four more times we will have a wait. Every time we repeated it was fine and we were in no hurry. She seemed annoyed with us and each time her tone became more direct and hateful! Very unnecessary! Our server was at our table quickly getting our drink order and apologized that we would have a wait. We explained why we requested the table and told her the same thing. We were not in a hurry and didn't mind waiting. Our wait was not long at all. And, we enjoyed just resting from being on the road and enjoyed talking. I just can't say enough for how sweet our server was. If anyone had a reason to be upset or stressed it was her. But, not one single time did we feel like an inconvenience to her. We made sure to let her know how appreciative we were and tipped her well. She went above and beyond! The food was hot and delicious.

The service is terrible and the portions are beyond small (see pic). I had to wait as many employees walked by, but no one spoke or acknowledged me. When I finally got seated and ordered, I had to ask for my drink after 8 minutes. When I received my food, it was the smallest portion I have ever seen. I had to order piece of chicken to even get partially full. When the manager came over she said the standard portion was 5oz. I didn’t get anywhere near that. I had to go across the street to Burger King to actually get some real breakfast.

Great food and service was excellent.

We stopped in on our way through town after traveling all morning. I have a gluten allergy and Colton was super helpful and accommodating. Do not sleep on the Nashville hot sauce! It was awesome on the grilled chicken tenders and my husband loved it on his fried chicken as well.

Overall a great experience. Way to go, to the whole CB team. Thanks for everything!

Came here for Sunday breakfast. Our service wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t great. The food wasn’t bad - it just wasn’t great.

We had to send back the pancakes / they were hard. But fresh ones appeared right away - which we appreciated.

We go to Cracker Barrel a lot - in lots of different states. This one is close to home. They seemed overwhelmed and like they were doing the best could.

Wheelchair accessibility: This one has good spacing around the tables and a wheelchair could definitely get around.

As always food was great and the service was to, but so disappointed that the vegetable soup has been removed from the options. We always ordered it when it was available. Bring back the soup….save the vegetable soup!!!

I sent my bf to pick up a togo order for me and him. Most of the food was pretty good however the biscuits were hard and burnt. And the strawberry french toast "bake" was just a hard, burnt, dry, refrigerator-cold, lump of sweet bread smashed together with some strawberry's sprinkled around it and a smear of cheese cake filling on one side. With a word like bake in the name I expected it to at least be warm. How disappointing. The pictures look so good. False advertisement for sure. I would have been happier ordering a fruit cup. Plus my bf said when he sat the drinks down in the car the drinks weren't tucked into the cup holder tray well and he didn't realize it until he sat it down and one of the drinks fell over in the seat drenching the seat. He ordered the chicken tender dippers and said he was surprised they were so tiny, if he knew they would be so small he wouldn't have ordered them. The rest of our food was delicious though.

Service was provided to 10 individuals on separate tickets…flawless. That should say it all. The food is above average, no complaints. Served warm and with appeal. A pleasant country store atmosphere.

We pulled off of the road after driving all day. I asked for a table for 2. It was 8:15 pm, and they close at 9. The hostess told us it would be a 45-minute delay since they had no grill cook. Well, that would be closing time. My husband asked if we could just get a bowl of chicken and dumplings or something not from the grill. The hostess said there was nothing for 45 minutes. Why wouldn't you just tell people you are closed.?

Good food but I was highly disappointed that at 5pm you did not have any pinto beans.
