This location the service was spectacular. From the first greeting when you enter, to being seated in a timely manner, and the server going above and beyond to make sure your meal is correct and you have everything you needed. I really enjoyed that the server asked us before getting the check if we would like a drink...

Had to wait a very long time on food once we were seated.Bbq chicken was burnt and so was okra
Had to ask for bread 2x’s before they brought any out at all and condiments several times also. we have never had this kind of service at a Cracker Barrel.Waitress was nice but forgetful.

After several terrible experiences with Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, it was so encouraging today to enjoy a fantastic brunch and wonderful service from Courtney at Cracker Barrel on Crowell Rd in Asheville, NC. The diningroom was cold when we first arrived, and Courtney asked that the ceiling fans be turned off to make the experience more enjoyable for us and other guests. The coffee was hot and good, the eggs in a basket is back on the menu and was delicious, and the breakfast...
