Grace was our server, she was great and gave us amazing drink recommendations. Great service and great environment. Upset they took churros off the menu though k thought they were the best churros in AVL. Love the espresso martinis here.

My boyfriend and I were visiting here for the first time, excited to try the desserts we had seen on the menu before coming in. However, after we got seated, no one came to get our order after we waited for at least 20 minutes. We had plans afterwards and tried waiting longer for someone to take our order, or at the very least ask if we’ve been seen yet. We got up and left because we didn’t think the restaurant deserved our money after that treatment.

I usually try to give servers some grace if they’re busy or maybe forgot to serve us, but there were maybe 4 other tables in the entire restaurant, all of which had been served. I’m extremely disappointed, to say the least.

went here with my partner after a long day of sightseeing and trying other delicious foods. we were quickly seated and given “some water to start with”. this was the last interaction we had with any of the staff. we sat and waited patiently to send our order which was just a cheesecake, and we were never met with any service. keep in mind there are two tables next to us getting consistent attention.

i don’t know what the issue was, but we left after about 30 minutes with nothing but some lukewarm cucumber water.

This is my favorite place to visit when I go out. I've taken friends and family, had birthdays and girls nights. I've never been disappointed. The staff here are absolutely the kindest and always stay on top of everything! It's absolutely phenomenal from the second you walk through the door.

Crave is hands down one of the most exceptional dining experiences we’ve had in Asheville, North Carolina. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and professionalism by Vanessa, who took care of us throughout the entire evening. Her sincere and genuine approach made us feel incredibly welcome, and it was clear she truly cares about every guest who walks through the door. The service was nothing short of phenomenal—every detail was attended to with passion and care, and we could see the heart and effort she puts into creating an unforgettable experience. In fact, it's rare to encounter someone who gives so much of themselves to make sure your meal and visit are perfect.

The food at Crave is simply out of this world. It felt like we were dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant, with an impressive variety of elevated dishes. We indulged in the sirloin empanadas, crabcakes, and the margarita pizza, all of which were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The highlight, however, was the Princess Buttercup Cake—it was a divine treat that perfectly capped off our meal. The drinks were just as outstanding; the lavender margarita was refreshing and unique, while the s’mores cocktail was a warm, comforting delight. The aesthetics both inside and outside Crave are truly charming—stylish yet cozy, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a place far beyond Asheville. Despite the recent storm that left many restaurants in disarray, Crave continues to shine with their dedication to excellence. This is a place that stands out not only for its food and drinks but for its incredible commitment to creating a memorable dining experience.

Both dishes tasted like the refrigerator! I had the Bourbon Pecan cheesecake (the topping and popcorn were soggy and no bourbon sauce -except on the plate). Hubs has the chocolate cake and was less than Impressed AND it, also, tasted like the fridge. Perhaps it was because of the hurricane or maybe the fridge just needs a new filter 🤷🏾‍♀️. May try them, again, on our next trip through NC.
