I wish I could do 6 stars instead of just 5! This place is amazing. It's a tiny family run bakery full of beautiful art. the bakers experiment and come up with really unique and delicious (and beautiful!) creations. I bought a collection of items to share and all of the feedback is that everything was amazing! I'll definitely be back!

There are truly not enough good things I could say about this place. The staff are some of the kindest and wonderful individuals I’ve ever encountered. Does not matter if the place is slammed packed or you are the only one there, they will treat you with the same patience and attention to detail regardless. And the quality of the pasties themselves is 10/10. This has quickly become my favorite place in town and I hope all can experience the fantastic business that this is. Thank you for all you do and keep up the great work!

The pastries are fresh, tasty and made with love, biscuits too, pretzels, coffee. They also have supported the community during Hurricane Helene. These people are the real deal.
Crust Never Sleeps is a fantastic local bakery in Asheville with a delightful selection of pastries. I’m personally obsessed with their Almond Croissant and Danishes—both are always a treat. There’s plenty to choose from, and the staff is super nice, which makes it even better to support this small business. With our community still going through the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, enjoying a pastry from here was exactly what I needed. It’s a comforting reminder of the simple joys we can still find. Our family loves stopping by regularly for something delicious.

This place has the best baked goods. The croissants are incredible, specifically the caramel apple croissant that they have seasonally. Oreo brownies are top tier, and the bread is consistently some of the best I’ve ever had!
