Crust Never Sleeps is a fantastic local bakery in Asheville with a delightful selection of pastries. I’m personally obsessed with their Almond Croissant and Danishes—both are always a treat. There’s plenty to choose from, and the staff is super nice, which makes it even better to support this small business. With our community still going through the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, enjoying a pastry from here was exactly what I needed. It’s a comforting reminder of the simple joys we can still find. Our family loves stopping by regularly for something delicious.

perfect 5 stars for this place and their pastries! the best croissants in asheville the plain and chocolate croissants are are awesome and the unexpected great was tge coffee cake it was tge best I've ever had! don't sleep on this place it's pretty easy to get out brevard road for early coffee and pastries.

This is Asheville’s best hidden gem. After trying many pastries from various bakeries, I can say that this one is going to be my go-to from now on. The place is quaint, and run by very kind people. We wanted to try everything. The chocolate croissant is the best I’ve ever had. Peach cream cheese croissant was delicious as well. Everything was delicious - especially paired with coffee.
This is primarily a to-go order/pickup place, as they do not have inside seating.
Four pastries ran me around $31. Highly recommend. We’ll be back :)
