I got two meals we asked who we make a blizzard a small our drink and she said yes they're charging dollar extra but it was really almost $4 extra I thought that was a little ridiculous!
Slow service, it took twenty minutes to get a single blizzard and an order of fries. The fries weren’t even warm when they were handed to us

Corporate needs to be looking Into this facility. I'm seeing adult cooks being child predators, mishandling of money, and food, the place is always nasty, it's run by children most of the time. Honestly it needs to be shut down.

This has to be the worst run Dairy Queen within the Asheville, NC area. The people that work there are rude!! Plus they never have chocolate ice cream. I just got a medium ice cream cone for my grandson yesterday and it was great. Today 3-8-2023 I take him and got half the size of yesterday and every other time I have gotten him one. Even at other locations you get more than what he got today. Which the location where I live is awesome and always have all the things on the menu. Won’t be going back. I doubt there was even a1/2 cup of ice cream.

4pm in this afternoon and watched a guy walk in restaurant literally a minute before I did. When I tried to go inside door was locked and guy was inside sitting talking to one of the workers. Lights were off like it was closed. Saw people pulling out of drive thru so thought I'd give it a go. Pulled up girl took my order for a Peanut Buster Parfait and said," We don't have the ingredients for that."...ok I order an oreo blizzard and cookie dough blizzard. Get up to the window there are 3 girls working...Girl and the dude are still chatting it up in the front. Worker starts to take my card and other worker says, and I quote, "Nah tell her we out of oreos too." The other 2 girls just laughed. I told her to just forget it and she rudely SLAMMED the window shut. You guys need to hire new staff, restock your stuff, or shut this location down. Worst experience ever!!!!
