The service was awful. I asked for a to-go plate and was told to go get it. After I got my to-go plate, I was about to ask my server if they could take the plate back since my table was filled — they cut me off and proceeded to say “the to gos are over there” and walked away. Servers were overall rude and disrespectful. The food may be good but your appetite gets ruined after rude service.

Super slow service. Once we recieved our food the Stromboli dough was raw, the spaghetti had more onions than a Vidalia Georgia onion field, the garlic knots were burned on top and raw on the bottom, the cheesesticks were worse than the cheapest grocery store frozen cheesesticks we've ever tasted and the marinara sauce was watery and tasteless. Maybe this was a one-off instance but it was bad enough for us to leave this review and warn potential customers to proceed with caution. You've been warned!

Seeing some very good reviews among the many mixed reviews for this restaurant, I was hoping that at least their pizza, ordered for takeout, would be good. And when I saw that my desired 18" pizza with 3 toppings was $40 with tax, I reasoned that this must be really great pizza. Alas, not so. The pizza crust on the bottom was flimsy and undercooked, one of the three toppings wasn't added at all, and when I picked a slice up to eat it, the topping rolled off in a big glob. That said, the topping was flavorful; hence an "average" rather than a "poor" rating. Were the cost of this pizza more like $20, I might try it again; but it certainly wasn't worth anywhere close to $40. Additionally, the person at the counter who took my order, while not unpleasant in any way, wasn't particularly engaging or friendly. Not that she would have to be, just that it's nice to feel like your business is somewhat valued.
The chicken marsala was noodles with gelatinous jarred/packet brown gravy and thick sliced chicken deli meat (think school lunch holiday turkey style). The steak and cheese sub had lots of meat but it was unseasoned and flavorless. Terrible. In a sit down restaurant I would have asked the server to comp the meal, but as this is a counter-service establishment, we placed our already paid for meals in the bus tray and left. Complete waste of money and my time, honestly. Also, it was as cold inside the restaurant as it was outside. Not sure about their other dishes, but I won't be back to find out.

Antipasto salad is awesome! Good Italian meats and vinaigrette. Calzone and pizza dough is a little tough, but very good.
Next time I'm there I'll try the Italian Cordon Blu Stromboli

$40 for a 14” deep dish pizza? I lived in Chicago for 7 years and never paid more than $30 for a 14” deep dish pizza, and I’ve been to all of the best deep dish joints. It better be the best deep dish in the country. That’s a ripoff. It’s probably not even that good or even real deep dish. The fettucine alfredo was good though.

DONT EAT HERE. My pick up order was not packaged properly. The container of tea had a crack in and it leaked all over my car and personal items. The staff didn’t even offer to make it right. The girl on the phone was super short with me. I drove 20 plus minutes back with the almost $40 worth of food. When I got there I got push back when I asked for a refund. They have officially lost my business. Very disappointing.
Pizza was very disappointing!!!

Ordered lasagna. Inedible. Stouffers is 10 times better. Called and told me to contact uber eats the delivery service. Ridiculous. Uber eats didn't prepare this plate of cheap melted cheese over a couple of noodles.
This pizza is next level! They are not messin around!!! They are helping the community during the Hurricane Helene aftermath! Their salads and pasta are so fresh and flavorful. I’m from Charleston, SC, it’s a foodie town… pizza is not our strong suit(with some exceptions). We newly arrived in Asheville and our minds were literally blown away by this restaurant!!! All the LOVE!!!
