Decided to give Domino's one last try since the last time I tried them. I ordered two pizzas: one ExtravaganZZa and one pepperoni. And of course, I was let down again. Not only was the pizza lukewarm when it arrived, but it was also very dry. The cheese was chewy and overcooked, and the pizzas were burnt. The delivery driver however was friendly just over worked.

Casey, one of the “managers,” was completely rude and unprofessional. I just wanted to get a refund for my order, and instead I got the rudest experience in the world, like I offended her specifically by not liking the pizza. I ordered light sauce and received no sauce at all. When I asked for a refund, she called me ridiculous for wanting a confirmation number and refused to give out her own name. When I asked for a callback from the area manager, she said they would call me back and tried to hang up before even getting my number. When I tried to give it to her, she shouted, “YOU’RE BEING RIDICULOUS, WHAT IS THE NUMBER?!” Like, girl… you need to chill…you already not wanting to give out your first name makes you seem guilty when I all I wanted was a refund and now I’m having to contact corporate for the customer experience.

Location was short staffed. I ordered online. I received a phone call notifying me my order would be two plus hours. In the middle of the call the customer service representative said wait I can deliver it in an hour after I agreed to that he said no at least two. At this point he got very rude with me. Even putting me on hold so he could calm down after going off on me. I was calm and polite and asked for the manager number he was once again rude and hung up on me. Still waiting for my refund. Do not recommend this location. Very very poor customer service and management.

I ordered a Honolulu Hawaiian pizza and I did not get what I ordered, there was barely any ham, like only two pieces, and pretty much no sauce. I am very disappointed, this is not the first time where they messed up on my order.

If i could i would give it zero. Josh was a jerk to us and had no idea what he was doing. we ordered the cinnamon bites, and they were not cooked all the way and were nasty. talked to a manager and he hung up on me.

Liars with no food after they claimed delivery
That’s the best way to describe this restaurant after placing an order and showing that it was on its way it never showed up. It was then closed out showing is delivered. When in fact, we had never gotten our food. I made six calls each time they said the driver was on his way and should be there any. Finally, on the seventh call, they admitted that the food was still sitting there some two hours later and wanted to send it out of which I declined. I then had to press them in order to get a refund. Whoever is running this location should be very ashamed of the way. They are conducting business and the way they treat their customers.
Canceled my order without explication. When I called they told me the delivery time would be an additional hour and a half. I wasn't asked if I was willing to wait. The refund still hasn't hit my account so I have no way to get something else to eat tonight.

On March 4th 2025 I ordered a large pizza as well as bread bites the delivery guy didn't knock just sat the food on my porch and left. Never knew the items had been delivered till I opened the door hearing something outside two dogs got our food. Called the store was pose to get credit never got the credit. I just want a refund I won't be using this store or delivery again.
