On March 4th 2025 I ordered a large pizza as well as bread bites the delivery guy didn't knock just sat the food on my porch and left. Never knew the items had been delivered till I opened the door hearing something outside two dogs got our food. Called the store was pose to get credit never got the credit. I just want a refund I won't be using this store or delivery again.

Delivery order took over an hour to arrive. The pizzas were cold and the toppings were on one half of the pizza (slid while hot and cured on one side when it got cold.) Dominos knew they made a mistake and we were offered a free pizza by email without asking. If you knew the pizzas were not up to par, why did you send them?

We have to redeem our "replacement pizza within 7 days." No thanks. We would rather support local over this abomination of a pizza establishment.

I’ve given this location sooo many chances but that’s it. I ordered a pizza at 7:20pm, it is still 9pm and no pizza. I call the store, no one picks up. No way to track the order either.
I did get the offer of a free pizza for a future order, but for this order, I was left hanging. No idea if I will get my pizza or not, no refund for this order, nothing. It is ridiculous!

I ordered pizza from this store $36 worth. My order came with a 2 liter of coke for almost $4. They did not have regular coke & did not let me know that & instead of crediting me the money for the coke they dropped off my order at the security desk with a diet coke wich I don't like diet anything. Also called the store & they said I'd have to call the main office, did they mean corporate? I'm very disappointed.

As a former Domino’s employee with many years of experience, I understand what is expected from franchise-owned stores. With that in mind, here’s my review:

I placed my order around 6:00 PM. At 6:39 PM, I was notified that the food was out of the oven and “undergoing a quality check.” However, it then sat on the shelf until 7:00 PM with no further updates on delivery. At this point, I decided to call for an update. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was informed that the driver had just arrived and would be heading out shortly.

By the time the order finally arrived at 7:40 PM, the pizza was cold. To make matters worse, it was the wrong pizza and missing a key ingredient. Additionally, the sandwich I ordered was dry because it lacked the sauce.

I decided to return the food to the store. Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. The “manager” on duty didn’t greet me and, after I handed them my cold and incorrect order, simply asked, “How can I help you?” There was no effort to follow the WOW factory or own the mistake, which is something Domino’s is known to prioritize.

I won’t be using this store ever again.

The delivery driver was an hour and a half late. I ended up having to drive to the place to get my food. It has been a shitty day and they were late with my food.

I’m up here from Mississippi running the water into ashville and have to sit at this post so I ordered some pizza and cheesy bread, well it took it almost 3 hours to get here and when he arrived I said man what took so long to which he replied “your lucky you got it this fast” then walked off, to me I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this place, I’ve ordered from dominos all over this country and never waited nor had to deal with the attitude I have hear, I understand being short staffed completely but gosh dawg 3 hours for a cold pizza, I asked the driver to not leave till I checked it but he dipped asap so I was hungry and didn’t even call the store about no way but hopefully the manager will see this and atleast talk to his delivery drivers about customer service and communicating with people

READ THE REVIEWS!! SEEMS LIKE PEOPLE WHO ORDER DELIVERY DON'T GET THEIR FOOD !!!

Do yourself a favor..go somewhere else, unless you dont mind food that's sat around under a warmer. Order showed done on tracker. Waited 15 min called to see where it was. GM said it just got out of oven and waiting on driver who should be back in about 9 min..so food sits under heat lamp for at least 10 min but will be warm. That if I wanted it hot I shouldn't order delivery. I said I don't want it having sat under a heat lamp for 10 min or more. I was upset and hung up. I look back on tracker and Order shows cancelled. I called back saying I didn't ask for it to be cancelled that I don't want food that has sat around for at least 10 min. Girl on phone said GM cancelled it. (Good thing i looked or I'd still be waiting) she went on to say ..That at this time if day (3:30) they wait for 3-4 orders before sending out driver. So now I'm hearing who knows how long my food will sit there. I told her if I'm not going to get fresh food leave it cancelled. I've been a customer of Domino's for over 50 yrs and for the first time I've contacted corporate regarding attitude and service. I'll never place an order with them again.

This place tried to rip me off over $50 I went in to speak with the manager he wouldn't even give me his name I showed him that it says delivery completed but there's no delivery he gave me a bull crap story and then told me he would not give me his name or a refund I had to threaten to call the police and everything else I left an hour later at my Airbnb the pizza shows up
