Order online via uber eats, half an hour later I got the notification that the driver had delivered my food. There was nothing there. An additional 45 minutes later (a total of over an hour and 15 minutes to get my food) my food showed up. I called the dominos to talk about it, and they immediately put me on hold before I had a chance to talk to anyone, and then after 20 minutes of being on hold they hung up on me. The most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant.

Oh it gets better. When my order came in, it was WRONG! So I called them again, and they said they were going to deliver the wings that I never got, and instead I got tater tots. When I called back I heard someone in the back yell that I was lying, and then they hung up on me again.

I called them back again to ask for a refund on the wings that I never got, and tell them that I have pictures of the bread bites that they delivered the first time, and the tater tots that they delivered the 2nd time, and they told me they couldn’t refund the wings, and they couldn’t deliver the wings, and then the guy I spoke with on the phone outright told me to quit complaining and stop lying.

We did like Dominos and it was our go to. We have ordered dozens for our business and personal but this store is failing in a big way. I ordered online at 5:05 pm today. The update at 5:24 said "Being Quality checked". I called at 6:05 and was told "we only have one driver and it is what is, bye". The cold pizza just arrived at 7:28. I double tipped the poor "only one driver" because I know this is on the management at the Woodfin, NC location that just does not care and has never been taught anything about customer service. This is the second time this has happened in the past month from this location. Maybe it is time to find another go to pizza delivery.

I called to place an order because I was having a hard time with my app trying to get the 6.99 deal for the 4 pizzas and the other stuff we wanted. The person who answered the phone was so rude and told me that they were closing in 5 minutes and the only thing I could get was 8.99 and said that I couldn't have the 699 deal unless I ordered it through the app. Id like to know I told them since when did that start. Id been ordering that since at least 10 years. The person said it's not going to matter when I asked to speak with the manager he hung up on me. So I called back now mind you it's a Friday night and it's 955 pm and the website clearly says 12. And I asked why he hung up on me and he replied we are closing in 5 minutes and now we are closed. I asked him his name and he was quite an then gave me some ladies name as nd hung up on me again. I tried reaching out to corporate and no phone number and have to email them. Well I guess that is one way of not having to deal with customers complaints. So I think maybe after all the years I've been a customer of dominoes it's probably time to make a change. Cause while there treating there customers like garbage they must have forgotten that there customers are what makes there business so thanks dominoes for reaching out cause before giving you my review I have given two weeks for you to reply about how you let your employees talk to your customers who clearly is what makes your business. So I say the owner or corporate witch ever makes it ok. Because they must condone there employees treating customers in such away. So I guess it's thanks for being loyal but we don't need your business.

2 hours late - tried to cancel on line, but could not. Called manager who explained she was short of delivery drivers, so WHY keep taking orders? I was up, but pizza was dry & cold, wings same. Offering me 20% off next order was an insult! Refund me less tip to driver, who you owe an apology to. No refund, no Domino’s ever at this adddress.

Box said contents would blow your mind yep it did!! Philly cheesesteak sandwich with hardly no cheese and meat and what there was it was burnt I will never eat at domino's again you advertise a sandwich with meat and cheese it needs to have it
