As a teacher, I was ordering pizza for 22 kids and their families on a field trip. I called the day before to verify the cost, and was told that it was $10.99/pizza. The day of the trip I ordered 9 pizzas over the phone. I listened to the recording which again stated that the special was $10.99 per pizza. When I ordered, the woman on the phone couldn't even tell me how many slices were in a pizza. She seemed lost and confused the whole time. I went ahead and order 9 pizzas. The delivery came about 35 minutes later... 2 pizzas. I asked where the rest were, and the driver said they only rang up 2 and asked IF I WANTED THE OTHER 7! Yes... yes I do, that's why I ordered 9 pizzas! The driver apologized and called up to the store, saying that he would return with the other 7 shortly. After about another 40 minutes, he delivered the rest of the pizzas and we signed a receipt for approximately $108, which we assumed was for the 9 pizzas plus tax. As I check my card statements today, we were charged over $150 and were told that we were charged 2 delivery fees because they had to make two deliveries (their fault!) and that I never said "coupon" on the phone, so they charged me $14.69 per pizza. Again, a store employee and their own recording says is $10.99, but the manager said you have to specifically say you have a coupon in order for them to honor a special. HORRIBLE restaurant!UPDATE: After five calls to the restaurant to get this taken care of throughout this week, Brian the manager spoke to me. He was not friendly, nor helpful. He did say he would go back and listen to the original order, but I also asked him to make sure that he passed along the message to the Director of operations. The Director called me shortly afterwards, and he was nothing but professional! He was incredibly kind, he listened to everything that happened, and he was willing to make it right and fix the situation. He is the reason that this experience can be salvaged. I wanted to make sure that it was known that the Director of operations was incredibly helpful.

I have a big sign on my door that says “do not knock” and I put in the delivery instructions to leave the food at the door. They knocked anyway and my dog freaked out :/ food was good though

Service is excellent, the person behind the counter told me to have an amazing day and that made me smile ?The pizza was cooked/prepped normally, I can just tell the ingredient quality has gone way downhill. I used to love Dominos. I don't think I will order again anytime soon :(

2 horrible experiences ordering delivery from this location:1st time: I waited over 2 hours, called them & they tried to talk me into canceling, I said I would come pick it up. Drive over there 3 hours after ordering and they haven’t even put it in the oven yet2nd time: ordered contactless delivery with 2 min warning (letting you know when they’re almost here-didn’t get that, didn’t get a text at all, and they DEF didn’t knock!) I have a dog who barks at EVERYTHING (car doors shutting especially) who was sitting 3 feet from the door but she didn’t hear the driver open/close their door or walk up onto my porch (1st time in 4 years that’s happened) so by the time I checked the porch my $54 : 2 pizza bread stick order (which included a 20% tip) was cold!!

App doesn’t work for delivery, and you call and nobody will answer the phone, try and make an online account and it says my address is invalid? Same as the app? Plus how inconvenient you don’t know how long your potential wait is going to be for your order until after you place your order!

We ordered our pizza at 6:00pm, at 6:01pm it said that Kasey began preparing our order and it would be ready at 6:24-6:34. Well 6:34 came and our order was still not complete. My husband went inside to check since we chose the car side delivery option and they told us there was still four people in front of us and that they hadn’t started ours. It is currently 7:25pm which is now an hour after our order was supposed to be done and we still do not have it. Very disappointed in this restaurant and the service we received.
