A review from a previous 6- year Starbucks customer, I can say that dripolator coffee is hands down, the best I’ve had. The coffee/ menu, albeit phenomenal, is easily outdone by the customer service, atmosphere and family like embrace you get here. Anyone that I visit with- for work or personal- comes to Dripolator— best experience in town.

My go-to for coffee in asheville! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come to dripolator on a rough day and as soon as the first sip of iced vanilla latte hits my tongue, it’s all so much better. The cafe itself is so cozy and vibey, a great place to get some work done. And the baristas have always been so kind and helpful! They were one of the first coffee shops to reopen after the hurricane and I will always be so grateful for that bit of normalcy amongst the chaos!

I absolutely love this coffee shop. It’s always so clean & tidy, smells good, and has a great ambiance. The baristas are all so knowledgeable and friendly, especially Charley. They have so many creative, unique & delicious seasonal specials as well as really tasty main menu items. You really can’t go wrong with any of them. Highly recommend!

Coffee was fantastic, friendly staff, and the (blueberry) muffins were incredible!

Started going to the triplets about 5 years ago starting with the one in Black Mountain because it was within walking distance of where I was at in Ridgecrest since the floods I've been visiting dripa later South trying to show my support for the community and the wonderful people at the drip in hopes that my patronage as well as many others will help get Tunnel Road and Black Mountain stores up and going as quickly as possible
Shout out to Dripolator for thinking and caring about their employees at the Candler location 💯. Road conditions are rapidly deteriorating and their employees can stay home and stay safe 💕

Don’t go here unless you want to deal with petty little girls. My sister and her boyfriend went here to get drinks and of course they ask your name for the drink. He proceeded to tell her which obviously she already knew. She put his ex girlfriend’s name on his cup instead of his. I called and asked for the manager and she answered and denied that ever happening. Just rude overall. Very immature and unprofessional. Her name was Kayla.
