Absolutely love this brewery. Great beers (the cheesecake ones are outstanding), great vibe with pinball, a 20’ skeleton, and TVs with monster trucks and Bob Ross playing. Will absolutely be back.
The sour beer here is a MUST TRY. They bring true craftsmanship to the process of creating such a hard style of beer.
I swore by HopFly Blender series but dssolver has not only even the playing field, but surpass them in my favorite sour brewer.

Very cool location, friendly welcome, and the bonus surprise was a cask Special Bitter! It was so much like the cask ales that I had in the UK in May, that I am now a huge fan of DSSOLVR. Love that red white n blue pop sour also!
