Great service and donuts really delicious. Served warm they are cake like rather than yeasty. They are more filling because they are more dense. Maple bacon and cinnamon with Creme in the center were definitely our favorite!

The service was absolutely terrible. I was ignored and it took over 10 minutes to get what i had PAID in full the night previous. I have a feeling the attitude is to ward off tourists. While I understand the frustration of tourists, I was a local who was just trying to get some donuts. I was patient the entire interaction. There was not a good reason for any disrespectful behavior. These folks who are employed here should not be working with the public. Shameful behavior. I also wanted to add there were not other customers in the building for most of the time. They were not drowning in orders in that moment. They were rude for the sake of being rude. I feel like management should be aware because I know these children working today (1/24/25) were not the ones in charge. I spent entirely too much money here to be treating in any way. Yikes. Do better.

I ordered my donuts on door dash for pick up and waited an hour and half when the app told me they were ready for pick up. The sign says they give great service but that was not what I experienced. I am from out of town and was recommended because wanted to get donuts for my nephews birthday. I am a person I will shop for not only good food but good auras and service, sad to say I didn’t feel welcome here nor will I visit again or recommend. But the donuts was pretty.

Cold doughnuts for lunch. This place not organized to provide doughnut dozen on way to work. Ordered and paid in person 7:28 2 minutes before they opened. Told 15 minutes. More than 1/2 hour later nowhere close to being ready. Busy serving single doughnut to kiddies. Had to leave for work and return.
