Duck Donuts is basically a national brand by now, so most of my donut-loving friends know their work. We've had these donuts in the Outer Banks, and my main concern here in Asheville was tied to long lines and ridiculous waits. But, at 7:45 AM on a Monday, this location was dead, so it was easy to slip in for a half-dozen and get out unscathed. We did two glazed, a cookies and cream, a maple bacon, a strawberry chocolate drizzle and a French toast. Damn, that French toast was good, and most of the other flavors were on point too. The bacon didn't work for me, but otherwise we were in good shape here. $14 for six donuts feels about right. Service was friendly and it took six minutes to get the donuts from order to boxed and ready to go. That's still too long for a guy like me, who expects to walk in and just be handed a box of donuts. But on vacation, I can make this work!

While the donuts are the best that I’ve ever tasted. The service and the coffee products were not up to par. The staff was very aloof and not accommodating. We ordered four coffee products and a dozen donuts, over $50 in product. The coffees were not good. All four of them. When I approached the staff about it. They said, “that’s just what it tastes like. What do you want us to do about it?” Not a fan of this kind of service. You guys can do better.

They have breakfast sandwiches on donuts, which were good. But the variety of donut flavors/toppings was the best part, although it was very hard to choose. The donuts were all hot and fresh, total game changer. Would highly recommend grabbing a coffee here and satisfying that sweet tooth of yours!
We love the Duck Donuts in Georgia and decided to use them to cater our NC wedding! Our guests raved about how delicious & beautiful the donuts were and we couldn't be more thankful for how professional & high quality the entire experience was. Shoutout to Brantly Thomas who was in charge of event catering; he was SO helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly as ordered. The prices are unbeatable, especially for an event as large as a wedding and delivery was seamless! This is a fantastic company for both everyday enjoyment and larger events, plus the donuts are DELICIOUS! 10/10 recommend!
Solid choice if you're looking for a standard cake donut with lots of different flavor options. We opted for the Cinnamon Bun and it was good. They start with a base and then add toppings based on your choice, so service was decently fast. I'd say customer service was average. Also got a cappuccino which was decent, they do have an espresso machine.
