McKenzie was really patient with my new rescue who doesn’t really trust humans yet (I can’t blame her for what she had to endure at the beginning of her life) having her first pup cup! ZERO ZERO ZERO stars! Nobody even acknowledged me and my son. I stood there for over two minutes finally I said, hello? Nobody turned around and looked at me so I waited another minute and finally I said: hello, can someone help me, and they all just turned around like they were so surprised that I finally spoke up and they acted like they were completely helpless. I left and did not purchase anything.

Went got sweet tea and was horrible literally 3 sips and my stomach started to ache this isn't the first time I have gave this place multiple chances and tea is still horrible won't be back especially 320 a drink to be wasted everytime date 10/20/2025

They always seem to be understaffed with only two people to help both walk-in and drive-thru customers. The store was clean and the staff was nice, but seems a little stressed.

Went through the drive through Sunday morning Oct 5. The girl taking my order was also trying to have another conversation and was not getting my order right, having me repeat multiple times. Took about 10 minutes for the food. Then 3 out if 4 things were burned and the cream cheese serving on the burnt bagel was disappointing. The 'loaded' hashbrowns had about 2 drops of cheese. I like Dunkin Donuts but I'd avoid this location. Just had to go back out and get other food

used to come here all the time and it was great but honestly now its a bunch of teenagers working here and they're pretty rude and service/quality has suffered for it.

Stopped in for breakfast- ordered the “wake up meal $5 special.” It is priced with a medium coffee. Wanted to pay the difference and get a large. Was not I couldn’t do that. So I ordered a large coffee only. The team member could have cared less. No offer to try to help. Very poor service.
