I won't mention how long I waited inside of the building for someone to wait on me. My issue is I asked for a large unsweet tea - no ice. She rang up the tea then charged me an extra .75 cents more. I said " what is that for". In a snotty remark she said "we charge for NO ICE". Then I questioned the extra charge and she said "Do you want it or not"? I said no and left.I have never heard of charging for NO ICE. What a rip off. I have owed a restaurant and know how inexpensive drinks are, but that is ridiculous. You make a ton of money on drinks. Trust me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will never go there again!

Store is always clean and the staff are nice and give great recommendations for food or drinks if you are unsure of what you want. Annie was sweet when she made my surprise drink bc I didn’t know what I wanted and it was really delicious. The bacon croissant sandwich was also good and was fresh. Would definitely go to again.

Only thing I don't like abt this Dunkin is they start cleaning up like 30 min-1 hr before close & u can't order a frozen coffee or certain things if u get there once they've started cleaning. Plus it should be consistent store-wide the drinks u order but just depends whos working & how they make what u order as to what u get, even if u order the same thing every time. Typically good service & fairly quick tho
A couple of weeks ago I bought 2 sandwiches which were good. I tried a red velvet donut which was so good, fresh and made me want to get more of them. I did, and they were the worst. They tasted old and dried up. Needless to say I was disappointed. We have had this happen to us before. We were hoping it would have changed and thought it had. I won't waste anymore money on their donuts.

I ordered a toasted white mocha made with skim milk. My friend ordered a French vanilla iced coffee. They didn’t ask if I wanted my drink hot or iced and didn’t ask my friend if she wanted any cream or sugar in hers. I wanted my drink hot. We pulled up to the window and the lady gives us 2 iced drinks. The one that was supposed to be my toasted white mocha was a) iced and b) didn’t even look like a mocha (milk and espresso). We handed it back and told her it was supposed to be hot. She handed it to another lady and not 30 seconds later she handed us a hot drink. I knew for a fact it was wrong because it takes longer than 30 seconds to make a drink with steamed milk and espresso. She gave me a regular hot coffee with cream in it. No toasted white mocha not even any sugar or sweetener. Not to mention their hot coffees always taste like watered down coffee with a burnt taste to it. I knew this going in and I thought maybe every Dunkin is different. No they’re all the same. The only merit they have drink wise is their iced coffee, and that’s even if they make that right.
