i have come here about ever day until now service is just not what it was here not long ago at all i have came to this location for the great service the ladies there treated me like family and everyone there is beyond hateful now people ive seen here for forever never here and you can't even get FOOD at this location now. great new manegement!!

The line was too long. Service was horrible. Just people who seem like they hate their jobs. My bagel was burnt but I was in too much of a hurry to even worry about it. Don’t come here if you actually want good food.

Today is November 28, 2025, and I decided I wanted to go to Dunkin to grab two orders of plain mini bagels and my frozen caramel coffee. The lady who put in my order put in the order wrong so my food ended up getting messed up. The lady who was on the oven with black hair and was wearing glasses was too busy talking and running her mouth to her boyfriend while she had a load of orders on her screen. I didn’t think it would take over five minutes just to make four mini bagels. But not only did I sit for over five minutes waiting on four mini bagels, it ended up being the wrong kind of bagel, she gave me two everything bagels and I asked for four plain mini bagels (2 orders of plain mini bagels is 4 total). Once I told her the order was wrong, she acted like she didn’t know what to do…Fix the order! So she proceeds to fix the order, and I wasn’t aggravated or annoyed towards her because I know it wasn’t her fault, until she wanted to tell her boyfriend “ The attitude is something I just don’t deal with” I didn’t say anything to her, and I just waited on my bagels. Once I got my bagels back after she fixed them, they were burnt, hard as a brick. I wanted to say forget the bagels and just get my refund, but I had to get to work and didn’t have time to lollygag and run my mouth. What’s so crazy is I always go to this Dunkin on a Sunday with no issues, and even if they’re busy, they still make sure that they get your food out for you without you having to wait so long or worry about any mess ups! So shout out to the Sunday morning crew, but that Friday morning crew needs some work but the girl who was on drinks today did a great, she was actually doing her job. Today was my worse experience there ever. Y’all better hire people who actually want to work.

Stopped in to grab some doughnuts for my office as well as a matcha latte for myself and some hashbrowns. Doughnuts were fine, as per usual, but the matcha they gave me was like nothing ive ever gotten at dunkin before. I asked for oatmilk and light ice and what I got was a 20 minute wait while they tried to figure out how to make it and dissolve the matcha (usually its shaken in with oatmilk and a little water)... ultimately ending up with a super dilluted cup of murky swampwater with 4, mostly melted ice cubes and the faintest splash of oatmilk. My hashbrowns were room temp and soggy..... it was just so incredibly dissaponting on all fronts.

This place could be great, if the employees actually listened to the way I want my order. Its literally NEVER the way I want it. No matter what store I visit. Dunkin you're lucky its perfect sometimes lol cuz the employees mostly suck!
