The employees at this location are alway so so friendly and kind!! My biggest gripe comes from the fact that they are clearly instructed to prioritize all online orders over anyone standing in line. You can wait up to 10 minutes simply watching them fulfill online orders while you just stand there. No fault to the employees at all, I can tell they are trying hard to keep everyone happy. Guess it’s time to make the switch to the app and online ordering :(

Just stood in the front of the line for 15 minutes watching all the employees pump dozens of drinks out for people who were not even in the restaurant while the line piled up to the door. Left out of frustration and the lack of any resemblance of customer service.

I ordered ahead (a day in advance) using the dunkin donuts app, and when I went to pick it up they did not have my order and were not able to make it. I was told it was because it was a "third party app," despite using the official dunkin donuts app. The staff were polite but were not able to be very helpful. If you are ordering ahead for an event, I would not use this location/system.

I have been a regular of this location for more than 10 years. I come sometimes twice a day. And never miss a single day! Lol I really love this location and the staff on the afternoon shift particularly Jayden and some others that work her shift are truly amazing I look forward to coming to see them and get my drinks every single day and if it weren't for this truly terrible awful rude old red head lady that works the morning shift her attitude ruins my morning.. wich makes me very sad because I love it there. This is the fourth morning in a row this lady is rude to me for absolutly no reason. I can tell she just doesnt like me for some reason. It's really starting to bother me because i dont want to say anything cause i just want to place my order be happy with everyone and leave. This morning i asked to try a new muffin on the menu wich the last of its kind it was right beside me on the counter where you pay.. and she responded "I Guess So" and walked away from me. So i stood there and waited for her to come back and she never did. She forgets things all the time and then snaps at me as soon as i remind her. It really sucks. She is really bad at her job and takes it out on other people. I hope daily that she will go find another one since she dislikes some of the customers so much! But The manager there is super sweet as well. She and the afternoon staff certainly do more than make up for it. I would give this place 10 stars and tips all around for everyone if it weren't for the red head lady this place is PERFECTION! Thank You All for being so amazing and taking such good care of your long term customers! I love dunkin donuts and the team there so much!

I just left this Dunkin’ Donuts ordered my coffee while waiting. I noticed two people making sandwiches for customers to eat. One lady did not have on gloves she was picking the cheese off of a sandwich. I’m assuming she made it wrong and then put I guess butter maybe cream cheese but nonetheless, she had NO GLOVES ON AND WIPING HER HANDS ON HER PANTS I will never eat anything out of this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. It will only be coffee for me.

I recently order a Blue Raspberry coolate and received the wrong item mixed with some blue liquid with cream. When I came to the store with drink and receipt in hand to ask the employee if they could remake it. She shortly just said”No you’d have to order another one” and pushed me aside to deal with other customers” seemed to be a untrained lady with colored hair one shift and a new hire completely unprofessional and untrained staff. Do not order here if you want your orders to be correct. Have the gull to increase the prices and provide horrible service. Would not recommend to anyone, go anywhere else. Complete waste of time horrible, untrained staff and overpriced.

the last few times i have been to this dunkin it has been awful. my coffee taste awful and the service has been awful. i work in customer service so i do get it but up to a certain point is kinda ridiculous. i asked for a simple caramel iced coffee and it tasted off so i asked for sugar and they said there was no fixing it unless i bought a new drink. i had a mobile order so i was still waiting on my doughnuts. the guy laid a bag on the table with no name and when i had asked someone else that i was just waiting on on doughnut the other guy said “the bag right in front of you” as if i’m automatically suppose to know when it had no name on it.today when i went i asked for the same thing and the lady gave my a super disgusted face and when i got the drink i tasted the same and i knew better to even ask for it to be fixed i just am dealing with it.

You shouldn’t allow a “regular” in your store who yells at your employees. Don’t let him in next time. Also, I’m not exaggerating when I say there’s zero glaze on my donuts. Only had one and had to throw the rest
