On the AM of 6/22/24 I stopped by this location for a bite to eat before work . Had to interupt the attendants from their conversation to place my order . They both said they didn't want to make my food and argued for a good minute before one finally did . Got my order and made my way to work . As I arrived I realized it was not what I had ordered and was also cold . I understand the concept of customer service is dying but this was unacceptable . Will not return .

Here lately, I bypassed the Dunkin that’s a couple miles from my house and drive all the way to the other side of town to get my coffee and it’s mainly because this lady at the Dunkin on Biltmore Avenue attached to the gas station… She is the best at making my drink! She is actually the only person who makes it absolutely perfect every single time. This morning another gentleman had made my drink and I tried it before I left the store. It wasn’t quite right, so I asked for an extra caramel but mind you I had a frozen drink with whip cream and caramel on top. I knew it would all have to be blended and the whip cream would you not be there anymore and I didn’t wanna cause any extra problems so I told her that she could just add the extra pump blended all together and not worry about putting more caramel on top or anything. But no, she fixed my drink. She fixed it perfect , and gave me my whip cream and caramel topping and did it all with a small on her face. I don’t know her name, but I believe she is a manager there. She’s there every morning but I’m there which is most weekdays. But I just wanted it to be known that she is great at her job and so good that I go out of my way to go get my coffee made by her in the mornings! Every morning she has a smile on her face and it’s just kind hearted joking around People come in and want to stay and chat and hang out with her cause she’s just such a good lady. I wanted it to be known publicly how absolutely great this lady is.
