Falsely advertising six dollar meal deal…. you can purchase it online but when going to the store, they said they no longer participate. Take your advertising down then 👎 never going back…. left and immediately went to Starbucks.

Just depends on what Dunkin you go to, and who is. Because I’m telling you what down here in the south y’all suck compared to the Dunkin’ Donuts up on the East Coast. They rock it on a daily from the moment they open till the moment they close here in North Carolina y’all do what you want and half the time you’re out of donuts how can you be a donut place and have no donuts

I went a few times to this dunkin and it was always a great experience. The coffees are on the sweeter side. The donuts are great. I love the little spider donut they have during Halloween. The maple one is my personal favorite.

I was told told that they would be right with me. 2 or 3 girls went by. I asked few times and told wait. They did drive thru ignoring me. I use a walker n had to wait over 25 min. When I finally got waited on it was old stale strong coffee. I asked for more cream n still too strong. I had to throw out. I get transportation and only given an hr. By the time I got bad coffee I had 20 min. Egg and cheese was good though

Went through the drive-thru place my order I tried to repeat my order to make sure she got it right and she said she heard me the first time and evidently she did not because my order was wrong when I got up there they put things in it I asked him not to and then put things out in it that I had no idea that even was supposed to go in it. It was a frozen coffee that I asked specifically how to do it and they can't understand our comprehend what they're asked to do

They only got my drink order right. I paid for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. I got a sausage biscuit. I paid for a plain bagel with garden veggie cream cheese. I got an everything bagel (which I hate) with garden veggie cream cheese.

I was there at this location on New Leicester Hwy on March 4th about 1:55 pm I ordered a Swiss and ham croissant and a bottled Pepsi the only thing decent about that was the Pepsi they microved the goodness out of the croissant and just left extremely hot and tough bread disgusting I was looking for something different than a hamburger for lunch...stick the devil you know i guess

I ordered through uber eat's. Got the order, then realized" I was missing 2" more item's! I spent a lot of money for me, and my staff members, We work very hard just as well. And to not get EVerything I ORDERED! Is not right. I'm just gonna say if you don't know how to do your job, find another line of work. .. oK 👌! Thank you And have a good day
