They only got my drink order right. I paid for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. I got a sausage biscuit. I paid for a plain bagel with garden veggie cream cheese. I got an everything bagel (which I hate) with garden veggie cream cheese.

I was there at this location on New Leicester Hwy on March 4th about 1:55 pm I ordered a Swiss and ham croissant and a bottled Pepsi the only thing decent about that was the Pepsi they microved the goodness out of the croissant and just left extremely hot and tough bread disgusting I was looking for something different than a hamburger for lunch...stick the devil you know i guess

the people gave dirty looks and didnât scan for my points but acted as they did and i asked for less ice in my drink and they didnât do that THEN put sprinkles on my donuts when I asked for none. If i could do 0 stars thatâs what it would be

This place is usually always on point, but on days like today when the DT line is backed up to new Leicester highway because their lobby is closed, they need to let anyone who placed a mobile order access to inside to pick it up because today we threw about $10 out the window. Figure it out guys.
This Dunkin Donuts is a joke. Fire the manager. They literally lock the inside and donât have to serve any inside guests, and their drive thru is SLOW AS MOLASSES! You will literally wait in line for 25-30 minutes! Waits so long the cars are out on the street. FIRE THE MANAGER, it canât possibly get any worse!

We just moved from Orlando, and this Dunkin blows ANY store there, out of the water!! Not one time have I ever had my coffee made wrong. And I've been daily for 2 months, lol. The staff are always so polite and the store is clean. Love it, thank you !!
