The food and coffee are ok but the restroom is disgusting. They turned the women’s restroom into an employee bathroom (you can still see the sign on the door for women), and the men’s into their one restroom for customers. Which was so bad I wouldn’t use it—frustrating when you’re on the road and need a restroom break. Ugh.

I placed an order for decaf coffee I saw the guy put regular coffee in the cup. And when he did give me decaf coffee, it was cold. When the lady who took my order, said they would make fresh decaf coffee. I will not come back here again because you cannot trust what they give you.

Okay. i waited way too long for my iced coffee. Lol fine but i didn’t appreciate the lady at the window standing there literally eating with her fingers to mouth. Thats so disgusting. Shes literally standing in front of the window facing the drive thru line. Wheres the manager? Thats really unacceptable.

This owner is ripping people off in the area. Every other Dunkin donuts in the three states I frequent offer refills for around $1.50. According to employees this owner doesn't and then says it's a corporate policy which is bogus.

I door dash from here frequently and again they didnt put any caramel in my coffee. Whats more aggravating is because I am at work, I pay the astronomical fees to have it delivered and its gross.. shame on you
