I go to this Dunkin weekly and they never fail on quality! I get the same thing every time and it gets better each time I have it! They are timely and wonderful!

I had a problem with my online order where my bank got charged but the store didn't receive it. They made my order anyway on trust and gave us extra donuts. I had told them to put bacon in the grilled cheese sandwiches and they forgot this. Again, not being able to confirm this and having to operate outside their system, they remade the sandwiches free of charge. THEN my 3 year old son knocked over and broke a $13.99 cup they had for sale. I had my son bring it up to make amends (with daddy's credit card) and they refused compensation, telling us it was their pleasure to have us there. Ideally the system should just work in the first place, but now I'm crushed with guilt over their kindness and have to give a 5 star review.

Like Sandy indicates below, don't go in the morning. Not even sure if the service is any better in the afternoon, but I won't be going back to find out. Stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes, not a single server acknowledging my presence. I understand if you're busy, but at least have the common courtesy to look at me and tell me that. At least there's a McDonald's right near it!

This Dunkin’ Donuts is located off Exit 44. With the traffic, it was a little difficult turning in , but leaving to re-enter the highway was much easier as we were turning right. The coffee was good and the donuts were very soft and fresh. They have an odd bathroom setup though. Instead of a men’s and woman’s bathroom, they changed it to an “employees only bathroom and the other a customer bathroom. In my opinion, they should have made them both unisex bathrooms for everyone. They are single occupant rooms anyway.
Try to avoid this location in the morning. The staff there is horrible. The cashier with the Enka sweater on stands around. The one making the drinks I believe her name was Jacklyn, had the only attitude, not calling out orders, and having people look for their own orders. The guy that was at the window just stands there and the guy making the so called food just smelled like burnt plastic. I understand that no one wants to work anymore but if you are going to work at least try to help out

Got the “specialty” peppermint white chocolate latte this morning, there’s no toppings other than the whole coffee beans floating on top and for no toppings it’s not even full either. This is the third time I’ve had a drink to this quality at this Dunkin’. It wouldn’t bother me as much if it was a 2$ gas station coffee, but Dunkin’ advertises and prices for better quality.

Asked for a iced matcha latte with no ice it was served warm and at my regular dunkin it is still chilled from the milk so I asked for a cup of ice and they wanted to charge me for ice when it comes with the drink on the first place not a good branch of dunkin they don't care about the customers just their paycheck
Amazing staff and I come through atleast 5 times a week!! They remember my order every time and very nice friendly faces. Highly recommend
