It was a great stay. Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and quiet hotel
do not use 2 different credit cards for this hotel!! I used one for booking and then one at the front desk at check-in. they charged both my cards for the same date same room. The manager Brittany Pelletier lied & said she reimbursed me weeks ago. My credit card company says otherwise. It's been a big inconvenience filing a dispute & not what I would expect from a Hilton.
Let me say this, the Embassy Suites downtown Asheville took care of us this past weekend after the devastating storm! The staff was working nonstop to accommodate folks who needed lodging after this horrific storm. They had no power or water in the rooms but were offering beds for weary, frightened, stressed out people who needed shelter!
