Definitely a 5! Great fresh homemade food. Locally sourced. Vegetarian & Vegan options. Pet friendly outdoor patio seating. Friendly staff. Breakfast served all day - what more could you want? Our server Rachel was great. This restaurant is one of those gems of a restaurant that you wish you lived closer to or would open in your town.

We looked for a breakfast place downtown with outdoor seating. Actually, this was enthusiastically recommended by a hotel desk clerk, and we were not disappointed. Service was good (although the non-masked waitress leaned down right in my wife's face) and the food both creative and tasty.

We had planned to visit for breakfast but wound up there for a late lunch instead. This was due to our timing and not any issue related to the restaurant. As such, we cannot comment on the breakfast fare. We had salads and they were tasty. The service was excellent. Like everything else in our 2021 world, you need to make reservations or get your name on the wait list, so plan ahead and do not expect to walk up with a group of 6 or 8 people and get seated in 5 minutes. The staff is working hard to maintain good service and keep the tables moving but there will likely be a wait no matter when you show up.

Used to great. 30 minute wait. Overcooked eggs. Slimed over grits. Flat, cold biscuit. Cold pancakes. Gross sausage. Overcharged $1! Just horrible. Never ever again!

Great food and great service! You will never be disappointed, our second visit was just as good as our first. And thier fried chicken can't be beat.

My friends and I had breakfast here recently and we so enjoyed it. I ordered the Biscuit French Toast and it was superb. I ate every bite and it was filling but not overly so. My friend ordered the Southern Breakfast and as she is a very picky eater -- I will tickled that she said everything was delicious. Our server was very pleasant and even though we had to wait about 40 minutes for our table -- it was pleasant to walk around the shops in Asheville while we waited on our text. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Asheville. :)

We were very disappointed. Getting in was no problem, the staff is pleasant and efficient, but the food is meh at best. I ordered their Bow to the King breakfast. The fried chicken strips were nothing special and the biscuits were hard and French toast like. The buttermilk whole grain pancakes were heavier and grainier than expected. And the coffee was terrible...so I really can’t complain about small coffee mug.

We were visiting Asheville for a long weekend and had decided we wanted to try this restaurant for breakfast. We arrived on a Saturday morning around 9:00 AM and were told there was a 45 minute wait so we decided to go some place else. Well Sunday, we set our alarm early and made it there before they opened at 8:00 AM and there were already people waiting but we were able to get it when they opened. The food and service was very good so I can see why they stay busy. Definitely a good place for breakfast.

This was incredibly tasty. I had the spinach and potato cakes with tomato gravy, two eggs and a biscuit. I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it but was super intrigued with the description and ingredients. Very good. Also, they have freshly made jam to accompany the biscuit which my husband said was very good.

The service was really slow. Complained to the manager and all he said was they were short staffed. My friends got their breakfast but I had to ask where mine was. Yet the table behind us arrived 15 minutes after us and were served 15 minutes before us. I get that good staff is hard to find but put a little more effort into it.

Very delicious. Clean atmosphere. Fast service. Large portions. Social distancing practiced. Recommended

Thought the food was very good. Cleanliness was not a priority in the restaurant or in the rest room, not filthy but not spotless. Tried Yam Scram - was filling and good tasting.

We went here on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! Everything was fresh and delicious! Well worth the wait!

From the soggy french toast to the disgusting bathroom, it's a big fat no thank you. Overtaxed servers and underseasoned dishes just bummed us out.

40 minute wait at 8:45 am. Unfriendly hostess. Not a good vibe, so we decided to find another place.
