I use them intermittently myself and find I am not waking up multiple times a night when I have half a gummy before bed. I am not a user of cannibus....well, I wasn't until now. I have chronic osteoarthritis in my knees, I have problems sleeping from it. I take a calming gummy to relieve pain in the daytime, and a sleepy gummy at night. Wow what a difference. Easier on my liver than ibuprofen or Aleve and actually more effective. Earthy has an easy shipping process and is very consistent.
