I originally bought a jar in April for my significant other to use at bedtime- these aid in getting him to a place of not having a racing mind at night. I use them intermittently myself and find I am not waking up multiple times a night when I have half a gummy before bed. I take a calming gummy to relieve pain in the daytime, and a sleepy gummy at night. Wow what a difference. Easier on my liver than ibuprofen or Aleve and actually more effective.
