We were originally going to leave the hotel to go find dinner downtown, but were tired and didn't feel like fighting the weather (rain & snow) and made reservations here. We were so happy we did. We were able to get a table by the fireplace and our server Lindsay was PHENOMENAL.

There were two of us dining in and we both loved the food we had. It was the perfect comfort food with the cold weather and snow outside. And the dessert pictured here was great...

Our server Foster was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and even address our anniversary so kindly. We will definitely be back for the trout and the Bolognese. It was so amazing. We love the views from the patio as well.

My family and I came in a couple weeks ago for dinner and drinks and had a great experience. I’ve been to the Edison before we vacation on Asheville a couple times a year. This was by far the best experience we’ve had. We weren’t sure how it was going to go as sometimes the kitchen seems slow eve when it doesn’t appear busy. It was a similar experience this time but luckily we had one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Her name was Alyssa and she was one of the reasons...
