The food was good. Nothing really stood out as fantastic, but they had a good selection and everything was fresh. The server we had was fantastic!

The food was amazing, the service was spot on, and the owner is one of the nicest owners I've ever met!!! Absolutely a must try with their lunch buffet or delicious dinners!!! For sure one of my favorite places now, 10/10!!!!

Asheville location. First of all, this place looked deserted. The outside of the building needed major TLC. The decals on the windows looked like someone almost finished scraping them off. It was dark inside with no signs of life, only 3 cars in the parking lot, but they could have been for one of the other businesses there. Too scary to go inside. If the outside looks this bad, I don't want to see inside. We walked up near the door, but just couldn't stomach going in. Neat idea for a Mexican Buffet, but wait till you're ready before telling folks you're open for business.

Went to La Carreta where I waited 20 minutes without any service, which is understandable they had a ungodly amount of customers at the time, so I left and went here. The restaurant had better prices and much better service. Our waitress was so kind and very helpful. If you’re looking to enjoy a meal that isn’t whitewashed + don't want to be around a bunch of screaming kids and adults with zero spacial awareness , you should absolutely go here. The only reason I rated the Food 4/5 is because they didnt have two menu items I wanted, the food was delicious anyways.

Ok, the buffet might be amazing if it's busy and fresh, but on slow days, like when I went, it slowly died in the warming trays and by noon became something I decieded to pass on. We ordered off the menue. It was pretty good, no complaints. Speedy Gonzalez is my go-to lunch no matter where I go...this was on par with most places.

This was my first time at this restaurant and the prices on the menu are very competitive compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area. Overall everything was good, the queso had a nice kick to it. The food was also seasoned properly. The service was good for the amount of people in the restaurant.

The food is why I came. This place reminds me of a place in Gaston that I miss dearly. They have authentic Mexican stuff and also things for tex mex. Lunch buffet now so you can pick exactly what you want. Affordable. Glad I came
My dad owned Margarita y Amigas. It was in West Palm Beach Florida years ago and was the number one rated Mexican restaurant in the state of Florida this is comparative and the idea of a Mexican buffet is outstanding and the girls that were serving the utmost respect and service.

Great table service and good Mexican American food that's pretty tasty.
Had the lunch buffet. Was somewhat disappointing. The food was plentiful but very bland, lacking the strong flavors you would expect of Mexican food. You can add heat, but you can't add flavor. Corners were being cut like the watery cheese sauce and barely filled anything that was filled such as enchiladas. Only a few menu items were marked and it was hard to tell what they were which made it difficult for those with dietary restrictions. On the positive side the service was very attentive and you could get whatever was missing from the buffet. Why have the buffet here when you can have more "authentic" Mexican food at Golden Corral?

Flavorwise this is the best mexican buffet I been to and the fact they had awesome Chile relienos. Decent selection at the buffet overall, good price. Great tex mex here. Rivals some of the places I had in TX in flavor I'd say and to do a taste test, again best mexican buffet besides El Paso that I been to when I went here last week.

Had the absolute worst carnitas of my life here.Obviously left overs, perhaps from their lunch buffet. Don't know for sure and will never know for sure since I will never be back. Wife and kids said their food was ok, mine was not fit to serve. Thus the harsh review. No way they didnt know the poor quality of this dish.
