Drinks were good, music was fun, but service didn’t seem up to par; Young guy with glasses was too sarcastic. I’m sure some people are okay with it but I found him to be quite disrespectful.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We had an individual by the name of Hunter who was rudest, most catty, sarcastic server I’ve ever experienced in anywhere in this world. It’s the Grove Park Inn, how can you even hire people this rude. He made snarky comments when we asked questions and then was sarcastic when we placed our order. When we got our first round of drinks, he made the comment that I ordered a “girly drink” and that maybe my wife would overlook it if I took care of her tonight. What? Are you serious? I was mortified. The drink was tasty but I was too far beyond embarrassed to finish it. Never in my life have I experienced this from a server or bartender. Absolutely appalling. I’m sure he won’t have a job much longer if this is how he's treating guests. I cannot fathom coming back to Grove Park ever with how completely uncomfortable he started us out and how incredibly mortified I was. The worst service experience in my life.

We absolutely adored the piano par! The pianists were humorous and didn’t miss a beat! I definitely recommend this fun event. A good time was had by all! ♥️

Really a great time! The pianist are 10/10 & have a large range of music offerings, plus you can request your own songs. Service is great & the bar makes a bomb espresso martini & tequila sunrise. Even if you don’t stay at the grove park inn, I recommend visiting Elaine’s when in Ashville!
