The bread is hands down the best in NC, wish they would sell by the loaf. The soups are truly spectacular and it's simply nice to eat clean, vegan food that isn't dripping in oil or mimicking fast food of the Americas. Would love to see more soup options and creative sandwiches but this is a big step in the healthy yummy direction for the South. Updated from previous review on 2023-07-24

4.5 stars because there are always ways to improve, like a larger meal option. The protions are rationed because capitalism, but delicious! I got the largest most filling option I could see; The Mushroom Banh Mi, and added pickled oinions. I should have asked to add avocado. I also got a Medicine Mylk for $11 it was good but expensive. "Great strictly vegan health food cafe!" Updated from previous review on 2025-04-07

I love coming here. The mushroom banh mi is my go-to sandwich, and the smoothie bowls are delightful. Nutritious and yummy, can't go wrong.

Light-filled and cozy, with healthy options and a bit of decadent deserts. Close to Asheville Yoga so you can double up on delights.

In love with the miso ginger sipping broth and the avo toasty is insane.

Everything on the menu is good. I was pleased.

I'm a junk food vegan, so this isn't my usual, but they had good options! I enjoyed the smoothie bowl.

This is my go to vegan stop in Asheville! Love the fresh pressed juices, muffins, and I always grab a sandwich (made to order) to take on a picnic in the mountains.

The food was amazing, the smoothie was ok. It wasn't TERRIBLE, it just wasn't really my cup of tea, in a manner of speaking, there was nothing wrong with how it was made, personal preference being what it is...I didn'tcare for the flavor. Now, leave the help out, put in LESS turmeric and a little more orange juice and coconut milk, it would have been aMAZING. The service was great, it's a really cute place and they have a LOT of really yummy looking stuff on their menu, especially vegan options. Give it a try, its spicy, its yummy, it's different and charming.❤

Super clean and honest ingredients to make their meals. I had a matcha latte and avocado toast with roasted beets on top. Delicious!! The outdoor seating is surrounded by a sunflower garden!

Don’t go here if you’re expecting a good açaí bowl. Don’t know why this small
watered down nonsense would take 15 minutes and $15 to get…they look really good but they are not frozen. More like a watery smoothie at a little below room temp. Really really really watery like not at all how an açaí bowl is supposed to be. Doesn’t taste bad, the granola is good. But I am pretty disappointed.

We absolutely loved this place. Our friends work here, and so we wanted to check it out while we were in town. We are so happy we did; both the food and the nutmilk smoothies we had were incredible and so clean taking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves healthy and delicious food.

Not sure what has changed since our last visit here but the food quality has gone way down. Maybe new ownership. We would often make special trips here for their açaí bowls. Sadly, after this past weekend, we won’t be back. I’m not sure my bowl had any açaí in it. It appears they are now blending blueberries in the base to look like açaí. Without the blueberries, the base looks like a blend of strawberries and bananas. Before the recent change, the base was definitely açaí.

Love all the healthy vegan options here. So refreshing to go to a vegan restaurant that is not full of processed junk food. The upbeet salad and kitchari we're fabulous. The staff is super friendly and very helpful with dietary restrictions

Dietary restrictions: All vegan. Tons of gluten-free options

Whole food, plant-based cuisine packed with *FLAVOR.* Also, the Millionaire's Shortbread is so crazy good - on a level that makes me wonder if pure magic and witchcraft is involved. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely returning. 100 out of 10!
