Great friendly service & Food Updated from previous review on 2025-12-13
I had the Mushroom Banh Mi Sandwich & a warm Golden Mylk Beverage. I found the Banh Mi quite exceptional. I also liked the Golden Mylk -- though I must admit I can understand why some find it not as satisfying as they would have liked. It could be better, but I found it acceptable, nonetheless. I will definitely be back when I'm in Asheville again! Updated from previous review on 2025-11-19
This was a nice place to stop for lunch, but I do wish there was more protein in the sandwiches. Other than that, it was pretty good. The mushroom banh mi especially. The coffee did taste a bit sad though. Updated from previous review on 2025-11-10
Really good brunch place — they have lots of fresh and healthy options! Everything tastes super clean and vibrant. Perfect if you’re craving something light but satisfying. I especially love how everything feels homemade! Updated from previous review on 2025-10-21
The bowls at this place blew us away! We got the green goddess smoothie turned into a bowl and the peanut butter espresso bowl and both were filling, tasty, and healthful.
Outstanding smoothies, little pricey.

I am so glad I stopped in here after church. I am visiting from Florida and was looking for a whole plant food gluten-free and SOS-free (no salt, oil or sugar) option. Wow! Staff was willing to customize the Wellness Salad for me (sub pepitos w/roasted beets and plain lemon juice for dressing). I also had a cold pressed Go Forth juice. Everything was exactly how I wanted it.
This is one of my favorite vegan restaurants, and where I chose to go for my birthday! The Banh Mi sandwich, Sweet Potato Salad, and Beet Salad are yummy! The Millionaire Shortbread Bar is BEYOND, and the Black Bean Brownie and Peach Cheesecake are delicious! Hubs LOVES the Cacao Mylk!
Bright, simple and nice. Good to take a break from anything for coffee, sweet and sandwich, also the company. Updated from previous review on 2025-08-05
Loved the ambience of the place and the chickpea Caesar salad sandwich was divine!!

Nice little vegan spot for good French press coffee and delicious gluten free baked goods! Try the black bean brownie, it was SO GOOD 😋
Absolutely ZERO parking for our visit this vegfest Sunday afternoon in Asheville, we came up from Georgia, so the had to run in and get it togo. The shortbread was freaking delicious. The employees were professional, friendly, and proficient.
We had a nice lunch here and got some food to go. Juices were nice. Will be back.
The bread is hands down the best in NC, wish they would sell by the loaf. The soups are truly spectacular and it's simply nice to eat clean, vegan food that isn't dripping in oil or mimicking fast food of the Americas. Would love to see more soup options and creative sandwiches but this is a big step in the healthy yummy direction for the South. Updated from previous review on 2023-07-24
4.5 stars because there are always ways to improve, like a larger meal option. The protions are rationed because capitalism, but delicious! I got the largest most filling option I could see; The Mushroom Banh Mi, and added pickled oinions. I should have asked to add avocado. I also got a Medicine Mylk for $11 it was good but expensive. "Great strictly vegan health food cafe!" Updated from previous review on 2025-04-07
