I ordered online along with two of my coworkers and went to pick up three separate orders and when I got there, I told them my orders I was picking up and they put the biggest order on the Togo rack and then did the same with the other one, and I was waiting for another 15 minutes after that and The guy asked me what I was waiting on after I had already told him what orders I was picking up whenever I told him my name he handed me a bag that was sat behind the counter. I don’t know how long it had been sitting there as I was waiting on it, but it was a small order. It was a four in sub He handed me my order didn’t even give me a cup. I had to ask for one otherwise they would’ve just not given me a cup and my sub was so soggy. It should have been toasted it’s steak but it didn’t seem like it was. It had so much mayonnaise on it, it was drenched in mayo. Absolutely disgusting, inedible. I will not be eating here again!! Especially not for $15 for a 4 in sub meal!! That’s highway robbery for horrible food and horrible service.

The staff was so wonderful. I got the gluten free hook and ladder and Cyndal the manager made sure it was prepared correctly. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Excellent staff and happy faces.

So I been ordering from Tunnel Rd for a while today I was disappointed when trying to pick up my so called Hero had a Ton of lettuce and this was the 1st time I didn't enjoy my order mad I called the store now I understand why I received this......the delivery was the only thing good from this ordering

Just left this store twenty minutes ago ago roughly. The employee working packed the food order up and then tossed it up on the counter with an attitude. There was another man who was waiting to get his order…now I really wonder if she tossed his up on the counter as well or likely she eased up and set his up there a bit nicer or even just handed it to him so it wouldn’t have been done the same way she tossed the order I was getting, up there. Because he was standing right there and witnessed it.

Whatever her reason, biased or not, I’m just calling it out because it’s not good customer service.

Absolutely horrible experience. Made order wrong then insisted it wasn’t. Had to physically take the sandwich apart in front of them before they agreed to make a new one. Placed online order and was running a few minutes late and they still had not even started the order when I arrived. Staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming.

I ordered a to go order and had my gf pick it up. I didn't tell her that it was a combo because usually the cup would be outside of the to go bag. But for some reason with this order the cup was inside the bag and on top of that the bag was really hard to get into. And the top it all off there was three employees there that did not tell her that there was a cup inside and just let her walk out without filling up the cup.
This is the Tunnel road, Asheville location. At 7:45 pm on March 9th.

The last few times we have been to this firehouse has been horrible. Employees act like we are a problem for coming in. We ordered three subs tonight and all were wrong. We ordered two turkey bacon ranch subs and they were cold and had no bacon or ranch. One steak and cheese plain but came with mayo lettuce tomato and cold. We love firehouse but are none with this location.
