We grabbed breakfast here one morning while visiting and what a jem! Big delicious menu. They were real busy when we arrived but only had to wait about 20 minutes, definitely worth it! We WILL be back.

My advice is to order anything else but the Gravy and Biscuits. They were just average. My husband ordered the Greek Salad with Chicken. Holy Cow!!! That chicken tasted amazing marinated in some kind of magical seasonings and was so tender. When ordering I watched all the plates go by. All of them looked tasty. I am sure they were. It was my thinking that their gravy and biscuits would be as tasty too. It’s not that they were awful. They were just okay. Watching the assembly line of cooks and waiters was something to behold. A well oiled machine! It was tremendously busy so be ready to wait or sit at the counter on stools. We will go back and next time I am going for the pancakes!

We were in town to see the trolls at the arboretum. This restaurant was fast, friendly, and delicious! I got French toast and corned beef hash. My husband got steak and eggs. Everything was good!

Classic no frills diner experience. Friendly and courteous staff. Wide variety of menu options. Really impressed with their efficiency. Parking can be a little tricky when it’s busy though.

We ate breakfast here while visiting Asheville. I had the Farmer’s omelet. My BF had French Toast and bacon. Both the omelet and French Toast were good but the star was the bacon. It was crisp yet melted in your mouth. I love bacon and this was the best ever.

Best breakfast in town! Corn beef hash is little chunks and small potatoes, if you are stickler I wouldn’t order it. Humid in the morning during summer months and even early fall. Only problem is if you have a party of 5 or more they won’t be able to seat you the place is small.

Lived in asheville 60 years, first time there. If service and food are mediocre I usually don't review. This place was amazing. When we first arrived there was a line but only 5 min wait.When we were seated the place was full I expected to wait to get served. Within 7 minutes our food arrived. I had a vegetable plate, my wife had a burger. Everything we had tasted homemade. The service was spot on. There were at least 4 different people that took our order,give us our drinks, brought our food and checked on us. Very efficient operation if you ask me. I will be back.

This is a very casual diner with no frills, but the food is excellent and inexpensive. There are many items on the menu to select from. We each chose the chicken gyros with a greek salad. It was way too much food for one person, so I ate the salad and brought home most of the gyro. I did get the baklava to go, but it was just OK. Five Points was very busy.
My family and I live in Asheville and this has been one of our go to spots for years, its the perfect mix of a small diner feel, and you feel like family when you walk in, the food is delicious always wether your getting breakfast or lunch food and its always fast you never have to wait long to be seated or for your food!
