Went 2 nights. The water station was great and stocked with cups the first night. The second night there were no cups so I had to wait in line for water. Lines at the bar are really long. The outdoor food vender has bottles but the venues policy is to keep the caps which I can't stand. Other than that this is a nice new venue and I'm sure there will be improvement. I'm glad there is a new outdoor venue to replace the swing station.
If you have a band you want to see and they are playing at French Broad River Brewery, don't sleep on the outdoor stage there. I went in with low expectations and was blown away by the space, venue and overall set up. There was plenty of room, they had an outdoor bar area as well as the inside bar area. It reminded me of Salvage Station (miss that place). If I had any suggestions, would be to sell cans of beer and have a few more porta potties, otherwise, it was a fantastic...
Great outdoor venue for concerts. Great beer selection, awesome sound & lighting. Staff were friendly & did not harass people during the show. Will be back to check out on a normal day.
