We visited the downtown location and enjoyed our visit. They had vegan chocolates and ice cream plus some coffee options. The vegan choices were limited sadly, but the chocolates we bought were astounding!
The icecream was good. The coffee was horrible. The staff was not friendly. People will stare at you too. It feels like you have to fit a certain agenda to be treated with respect. Do not come here.
They are not customer friendly. Check the expiration date on the box of chocolates you are thinking of buying. Their shelf life is very short and there are no returns allowed. Candy is a little pricey but could be given as a gift.
Now this is a company that cares lol fastest reply ever! 4 years lol. Is this a joke? I'm sure you have the same staff. Lol
Wonderful place. I thoroughly enjoyed touring the facility. The people here are passionate about chocolate.
We went here back in 2020. The chocolate was very pricey but worth it for the quality. Now it is flooded. So sad.
We really love this place. We went on the tour Wednesday 9/25, second time for what we imagine as an annual event since we go up there every September. I don’t know how bad the damage is but seeing as how they’re right on Riverside drive I’m worried although I did notice that the factory part of the building was well elevated from the ground level. If anyone knows please reply.

Our guide J was great! Would have loved more samples but we learned a lot and had fun. Wasn’t too long either.

Informative and fun. Plus chocolate!!
I came all the way to try this delicious chocolate. So be prepared for the parking lot because there are not so many, but I got cookies and I wish I had more to bring some home. Was excellent taste and so clean and nice place. Highly recommend it.
