The factory is state of the art and the aroma of chocolate is absolutely wonderful- like riding a unicorn in a sunny meadow while drinking children's laughter from a golden goblet! The classroom experience was very informative, with taste-testing and a full explanation of the chocolatier-science! I highly recommend this tour!

The tour was both very fun and informative and I love the story of the founders. The chocolate here has basically ruined all other chocolate for me. It's so good and you can actually taste the difference in flavors of cacao from different regions. I highly recommend this tour and then you must go to their cafe in downtown Asheville where you will order the chocolate creme brulee and it will be the best thing you've ever eaten ☺️

We took the tour and enjoyed it. It was very insightful, but unfortunately, because not everything runs at the same time, we didn't get to see everything in operation. Our host was great and the tasting taught things I never knew about chocolate. The chocolate is delicious!
